Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

~1 year to the day and i get 5c error (no drainage).
per call center, warranty was 1 yr from purchase, but it wasn't delivered till ~2 months later; 2 months of warranty wasted.
they even delivered the wrong dryer. i will never buy samsung again nor will my family or friends.

i had to replace my old washer and decided to go with this one because i never had any issues with samsung and all my kitchen appliances are samsung. well big mistake, i purchase the impeller model and the washer is super loud and the noise drives you crazy. i called customer service and provided them with a video of the cycle so they could hear the noise and i was told that it was normal. i can't believe that such a loud noise is normal for a brand new washer, not even my old one from the 80's was so loud. i am so disappointed with this purchase that i feel the need to replace it with another brand before i go crazy with the noise!!!!

Let me tell you I am in love and I am not being funny. This washer is really nice. I can wash two loads together which normally it would just be one load at a time. No, I am not talking like the washer is packed to the max either. Literally two loads that does not overload the washer. If you know the older washers there is no way I could wash the way I am washing now it would come down to more loads. The features are nice I would suggest just going over the instructions and you can read what is important. You would really be cheating yourself if you passed on this washer machine.

we bought this washer on black friday, didn't realize how dark this experience was going to be for us. the washer quit working after 10 loads. after a bunch of phone calls where we had to do the work, a service tech from a 3rd party came out to look at the unit. he determined it needed a replacement board, which we found out a week later, is not available. customer service from samsung is non excitant, nice people to talk to, but no one can make a decision. we've had this non-working washer now since nov 22. and no satisfaction from samsung. oh yeah, the store where we bought it "can't do anything" because we've had the washer for more than 48 hours. i had no idea that we only exist as customers for 48 hours, then its someone else' problem... very sad!
