Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. i have never seen a corporation like samsung that is almost impossible to contact.
unit has not work since i received and now i have to wait a week for some clown to say there is nothing wrong with refrigerator.

can this refrigerator be used in a garage where the outside temperature drops below freezing? will the freezer maintain its temperature settings? i have a fridge that when it goes below freezing, the unit doesn't come on and the freezer defrosts everything.

not only did it stop working after less than 2 years (conveniently after the warranty was expired)
i called multiple times to have it serviced.
every. single. time. no one showed up!!
ive called back and complained and kept getting a new appointment time and nothing.
it turns on but it doesnt cool. i called an appliance repair shop and they said it was the converter and that specific part should be covered under a 10 year warranty.
i guess now i know why they dont want to come out!!!
i have had multiple samsung products and this experience makes me want to never buy another samsung product again.

I bought this about a month ago. It fits perfectly into the space I needed. My only concern is that the ice maker does not have a water filter associated with it. When I ordered the fridge, I didn't see anything indicating so. I called the help line and it was confirmed it did not come with a water filter but had no advice as to what kind of filter I should buy. Remember I also bought this is the midst of a pandemic and I had to wait a while but that's what happens during a pandemic, my first of course!

Really am pleased with this refrigerator. Has glass shelves, lighted freezer, and a surprising amount of room in a smaller sized refrigerator. Like the feature to convert the freezer to refrigeration as needed. Color minimizes fingerprints and blends well with my other black appliances.

For a townhouse, this one is perfect. Great feature and it makes maximum use of space. I couldn't fit a double door model in the space with out remodeling, or even in my front. Important to have one that doesn't dip, old 1980's one ruined my floor. And I actually have a ice maker now come standard.

I bought this as an extra refrigerator to keep beverages & water in my gym. The dual option to become an entire freezer was a plus, especially with the COVID food shortages... Imagine my surprise, when it was much colder, than my side-by-side. Then I started putting my extra food in it, and it fit everything comfortably. I was able to fill each shelf to the max & it kept it nice & cold....even my vegetables and perishables lasted longer. I have decided in the Spring I'm going to replace my side-by-side with a large Samsung refrigerator!

Initial buy I thought was great. Had Fridge for 3 months then alarm started going off like the door was open. Called Samsung they had no idea why this was happening. Referred me to a contractor who could not come to the house until 4 days later. Alarm going off every 3 minutes!!!!!! Guy finally came and found a wire had broken in the freezer door. Ordered a new door. 2 days later....he repaired.
Now, when you open the freezer door, you can see the wire going from the freezer door into the fridge. You can also see that there is too much tension....it will break again.

I replaced an Amana bottom freezer after 15 years. I have had this fridge only 2 weeks, and so far love the deli tray. The milk in the side is taking a little to get used to, but I adjusted the top shelf so that I can put milk on bottom as well, since we often have more than 1 gallon. The first 3 days it made a horrid buzz/grind noise like every 5 hours for like 3 seconds, then it seemed to clear out. I called within my 48 hours to request replacement but then cancelled replacement as it seemed to fix itself. I like the blue lights and it seems to run quietly now. I think it was a good buy. Time will tell.

This refrigerator was just delivered this week. It is so sleek looking. I love the black stainless steel front..
The sides are not stainless which I love. It fits in well with my other black appliances.

Has a neat alarm if you leave either door ajar. I've lost food by doing that, especially from the freezer, Love the pantry tray. How many times I have had fancy desserts from a great bakery that wouldn't fit . This is a great feature. Love the glass shelf in the freezer...hate those wire shelves. They can get so yucky. Love the convenience of the 1/2 gallon containers of milk, orange juice, water, ice tea all in the door. SO easy to find items.
