Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Dark stainless awesome, ice maker sucks

we love the dark stainless on the fridge, it does nit show smudges or fingerprints, it us great. inside set-up is like most other 3 door fridges but the trays on the side of the ice maker are mostly useless. one of the trays is only 1.5" wide and not much fits in that. also, the ice maker is terrible. it fills up with ice and when you try to get ice thru the door, it pops out of place inside the fridge and it will not deliver ice so we end up opening the door and just getting ice the old fashioned way. really wish we had gone with the ice maker in the freezer section cause tye current ice maker takes up shelf space and tge thru the door ice system is unreliable. ilike the samsung product but would not buy this model again.

We have had this refrigerator just under three years. Have had the ice maker serviced twice. A day after the second time it was serviced the fridge and freezer both will not cool at all. We've lost everything in our fridge including medicine for our baby and a ton of breast milk that was stocked in the freezer and Samsung won't come fix it. Will not buy Samsung products ever again!

this refrigerator is only 2 years old and has already stopped working. when i called all she kept saying is it's out of warranty. first of all you don't know what's wrong with it so how do you know if the warranty is expired. i called on sunday a repair man that i have to pay is finally coming today (thursday) to check it. meanwhile my food all had to be trashed. i also have a stove that is only 3 years old and not working either. steer clear of these appliances they are junk and they don't want to cover them when they break down

buyer beware. for the amount of money spent on this refrigerator you would think the ice maker would work. ice maker kept freezing up and after about 3 months finally just quit all together. i can watch tv on it but i cant get it to make ice. and samsung does nothing to try and fix the problem. i have several samsung products but wont buy anymore.

beautiful exterior, sleek clean lines. led light is great, so much room inside, big gallon doors and sliding shelf are very useful. ice & water filter make the water taste good! - no more cases of water bottle from the grocery store! freezer drawers provide plenty of room and just right division. being able to vary temperature is so useful, food is very cold - freezer gets food frozen quickly! we got the full 4 piece package & are so happy

we have had nothing but problems with this ice maker and temp regulation in the fridge. just call your local appliance repair shop and ask them what they think about this model of samsung refrigerator. they will tell you it will cost you at least $500 to "repair" the ice maker and it will continually go out due to the design flaws. there is no warranty on the repairs for this issue.

A few of the things I like about this refrigerator/freezer is the water/ice in the door. We use it daily. It has cubed and crushed ice. The shelves are adjustable and that comes in very handy when you have something tall. It took a little bit to figure out how to fit things on the shelves and not waste space. After you get that figured out it works very well. The freezer is larger than most bottom freezers. It would be nice if the top shelve in the freezer would pull out a little further. I really like this Refrigerator/Freezer, I'm very glad I got it.

Overall we like this fridge. Lots of room and very bright. Smart features are somewhat limited though. Really the only complaint I have is that the ice maker stopped dispensing ice about 7 months in. Turned out to be a faulty Motherboard and some other parts. However, Samsung was on top of it and we were able to file a Warranty repair easily and got it fixed very quickly.

I live everything about it except for the ice maker. It is very slow, it doesn't crush ice and it leaks. Also the piece that attaches to the freezer door for small items did not come with it. When I inquired about it I was told that they are not provided by the manufacturer.
