Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

I love this fridge. Clean, modern and very spacious. The interior water dispenser make the exterior of the fridge super sleek looking. I like that they move the ice maker down to the bottom part of the fridge open up more space I'm the refrigerator section. Highly recommend!

we found ourselves needing a new fridge, and ended up with this beautiful thing. simply great fnctions. freezer set with frozen meats on one side and frozen veggies on the other. ice maker is great, and we simply love it. uv light sanitation with flex space fridge feels "bigger than it is". the beverage center is a simple solution to limiting door opening.

We love the dual ice maker, hidden door feature to keep from opening the big door and letting all the cold air out. Pitcher feature makes getting water easy and you can add any flavor of fruit. Optional Freezer/refrigerator section of the refrigerator is awesome.

We purchased this Samsung 4-door flex refrigerator in July and took delivery in August. I couldn't be happier with it. We went for the counter depth and we are very happy with the amount of space. I would have liked to go for the full size but the aesthetic with the counter depth was to valuable for me to compromise on. By far our favorite features of this fridge is the "ice bites" and the auto-filling water pitcher. The ice bites aren't quite the soft ice you find at your favorite fast food restaurant but they are great and soften up very quickly in liquid. The auto fill water pitcher is a features you didn't know you needed! And the beverage center makes getting water or grabbing milk or other frequently used items simple!

I just received my refrigerator 2 weeks ago. Pros, I really like the exterior design, looks modern with that color. I also like the freezer have side bins.
Cons: although it said fingerprints resistance, still shows but easy to wipe with dry cloth. When I opened left side of the refrigerator door, I have to make sure it's closed probably because it doesn't close all the way. I have to push it in. Not sure I need to adjust the door or not.

After much research, we purchased this refrigerator in June. Bought this fridge 2 weeks ago, and so far just love it. Counter depth is great, no handles make for more room in the area and it looks so nice. A little smaller interior than our previous fridge, but I don't really notice it. The beverage center is wonderful!
