Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

Great fridge with a few minor issues.

We love the fridge. The capacity is outstanding. We've always had a small counter top height fridge for extra beverages, extra food storage at holidays including thawing turkeys, etc. We were going to buy another one but since we got this fridge, we haven't felt the need to buy one. Love the deep shelves on the doors. The flex compartment is awesome. The fridge is amazingly quiet. The only things I hear are the pitcher refilling, ice dropping, or the icemaker refilling.
We just have a few minor complaints. 1) the exterior is not very fingerprint resistant, 2) the lower compartments could use an extra light, and 3) I wish there were some sort of sensor for the ice bins being out. Too many times we've taken one out to fill a few glasses and the next batch drops while the bin is out.

We love this refrigerator and it's versatility. Having the Flex compartment is awesome. We have it set to meat/fish and it appears to be keep the items we put there fresher. The refrigerator is incredibly quiet. About the only sound we notice the ice dumping, the icemaker refilling, and the water pitcher refilling. I've never noticed the compressors running.
The door shelves are very spacious and we always seem to have room for anything. We had anticipated buying a small fridge for beer, overflow at the holidays, etc. but so far we haven't felt like we need to.
I have two minor complaints:
1) I think the two lower compartments could use an extra light.
2) I wish there was some way for the icemaker to know the bin is out and not dump ice at those times.
All in all we are very pleased.

We purchased this refrigerator for the flex space that can go from freezer to refrigerator temps. What a game changer! Incredibly useful during Thanksgiving, when we had so much food to store, keeping the main refrigerator well-organized and accessible. Love it!

If you are looking for a statement piece within your home, then look no further than the Samsung 4-Flex.
What I love
- Sleek and modern design.
- Connectivity to the SmartThings app.
- True counter depth and fits perfectly flushed.
- Ability to control the temperature within the
- Bright white LED lights when the doors open.
- Wheels at the bottom of the refrigerator to easily move it around without scratching the floors.
- Water filter and pitcher inside the refrigerator as well as an ice maker!
- Enough 'storage' space to fit all the needs of a large or small home.
What I don't love
- Nothing so far!

The counter depth of this refrigerator along with the lack of bulky handles, make it fit seamlessly into our kitchen. Also love the water pitcher inside the door with automatic refill, as well as the double door freezer which keeps our food organized and easy to find!

Purchased this refrigerator (and all my other Samsung appliances) back in May. Am doing a total kitchen remodel do I just got it delivered about a month ago. Absolutely love it! It's very clean, sleek looking. I love the four doors on it abs the fact that you can change the climate control and make more refrigerator space if you need it ! Samsung never disappoints!!
