Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

We finally received our Samsung fridge. It's a bit smaller than anticipated but we love it. The 3-door style is awesome and the fridge keeps our products perfectly chilled. I love the fact that my Samsung TV alerts me if the fridge door has been left open. I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend this fridge!

My wife and I recently purchased this refrigerator. I was a bit skeptical at first given its compact size as compared to our previous one. I was pleasantly surprised to see it could hold all of our items that our previous one did in a nice, compact space. The freezer storage space at the bottom makes good use of the overall compacted design of this refrigerator. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a sleek design or who has limited space for a refrigerator.

We keep upgrading our appliances all with these beautiful, well manufactured, stylish and smartly designed products! Our newest is our 3 Door French Door Fridge in Stainless Steel. This fridge was so worth the wait!! The crew that delivered had to figure out how to get thru our narrow doors, but did handle w/o issues. The fridge, when you open the doors, is lit up and you can see EVERYTHING!!! The space for organization is exactly what we were looking for. The shelves and drawers are easy to remove, clean and re-install. The freezer with the automatic ice maker - YESSSSSSS FINALLY - no trays! And we can see everything in the freezer, and keep essentials (Butter, coffee, ice packs, chopped fruit in the top drawer of the freezer, and can easily move back to see everything in the drawer below. I never knew I could be so excited about this fridge!

Samsung 22 cu. ft. Smart 3-Door French Door Refrigerator is so Roomy with convenient adjustable shelves. The consistent temperature allows for your food to stay fresh for long periods of time. The side doors allow for many additional products to be stored than most refrigerators. The Samsung app feature shows you the refrigerator door is open. This app feature is also such a bonus . I love the really large freezer space and adjustable size ice cube maker. It's beautiful finish wipes clean with a wet towel. This refrigerator is awesome.

So far, I'm having a great experience with my new fridge! It looks so clean and stately along with all the other stainless steel appliances instead of the old white one that was in that spot. It's deeper than my old fridge, which makes it so nice for storing more foods and beverages. I love all the room in the French doors, too, which hold all my quick-grab items like our beverages and refrigerated snacks. I'm not entirely pleased with the lack of ability to move my shelves up and down since there are only three places to put the shelving. More items are going to have to lay down because of that, or I'll have to pull out one of the shelves so taller items fit. I appreciate that the doors have a place to open them from the top or the bottom. I also very much like the two crisping drawers AND the bottom drawer that's not very deep., but the length makes it important.
I really enjoy the size of the freezer and the depth of the drawer. It's made so you can fit some bigger items in there when needed. This fridge is exactly what we needed to match the rest of our Samsung appliances in the kitchen!

There is not a lot to choose from in the segment for 21-23 cu. ft. French Door refrigerators these days, so I was glad that this one was available for delivery through Home Depot. I hope this one will last longer than its predecessor which had a closed system failure in less than three years. This one seems to have a better exterior design with hidden handles. However, it is far from refined: dirt and debris accumulate in the grooves and somehow the front panels show every single fingerprint. The interior design seems cheap and does not give enough flexibility because the shelves are full width. The refrigerator is quiet for most of the time, but occasionally it burps very loudly, spooking everyone in the kitchen. Finally, it came with WiFi option, but refused to connect and I ok with that since I still have no idea why I need to add another device to my pretty busy WiFi network. Can this refrigerator fill itself as need or send me a cry for help when the power is out? I doubt.
