Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

this cooktop has a lot of features that i like. i installed it and the display is showing an intermittent "de" which is an error code that i can't find a description for on a samsung cooktop. i tried a samsung chat window and that person was nice but explained that they were pre-sales and didn't have an answer for me. there doesn't seem to be a good email address for support (email is my most convenient and efficient method of communication to start with)

Make sure you read and understand the dimensions. This unit was not as low profile as the unit it was replacing. It has an additional cover hanging below. I had to modify the cabinet drawers to fit. Other then that great cook top. Read operational manual it has lots of features you would miss if your didn't know.

I absolutely love this new Samsung Electric Cooktop. I've owned several cooktops in the past, but this one is definitely the best, with all of the new features that have been added.
One of my favorites, is the lock button. I have a daycare, in my home, so safety is definitely a priority for me. One touch of a button, locks the whole cooktop, so it can't be turned on accidentally either.
The Sync Control Selection is also amazing. I have a griddle that I love to cook with, but I don't have a lot of counter space to use it very often. The Sync Control Selector allows me to use two burners combined, to cook on my griddle, anytime I want to use it, without the worry of enough space.
The Burner Size Selection Feature, has also came in very handy. Having this option, has allowed me to make big dinners for my family, without the worry of having the perfect size pots for each burner.
Another feature, that I absolutely love is the magnetic knob, that included with this cooktop. This knob allows me to adjust the settings with the turn of the knob. You also have a the option to adjust it manually, if you would prefer.
This cooktop also offers a rapid boil option, a simmer selector, and a melt selection. The options have definitely came in handy, when I'm trying to put together a quick dinner for my family.
Last, but definitely not least, is the Smart Things App. With the use of this app, you are able to set timers and also receive alerts, when your food is ready to be served. It also allows you to prepare meals simultaneously.
Samsung has definitely surpassed all of my expectations again. I will definitely be recommending this cooktop to all of my friends and family.

I was so excited to update my kitchen to the Samsung Brand. I am thrilled with this cooktop. It's sleek, elegant and efficient. There are 5 radiant cooking zones, 2 that have a pan size selection for versatility. The 2 elements on the left of the cooktop can be synced to work together for larger pots or a griddle, which I love because I get even cooking throughout. It's fantastic when I am cooking a large pot of potatoes or griddling pancakes. The power level of the radiant elements can be controlled by the detachable magnetic control knob or by digital touch with precision. It has a rapid boil option, hot surface indicators and a lock option for added safety. The wifi allows me monitor my cooktop from anywhere. Samsung put a lot of thought and care into designing this cooktop for efficiency and convenience .

I have to say because of Covid 19, my stove is truly working overtime! I have cooked Soup, hot paninis, zucchini, French fries, squash, grits, pancakes, bacon, and many other things. I love the fact that once I am done cooking, the temperature settings are great and do not burn or scotch my finished products. I am so happy that I can cook my Fresh Fish and it does not toughen it. Even my husband has said that he loves that I have a new stove that has inspired me to cook more. It is truly beautiful in my kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone upgrading an older home. It just works! So few products are available. Just look at how great my favorite fish turns out time and again. Fresh Dover Sole. Cooked stovetop instead of the Oven!

This cook top is stunning. It made my kitchen look absolutely beautiful! It took us some getting used to we came off of a regular electric cooktop. But I must say once we figured out how to use all of the setting and read all of the directions. This cooktop allows for fast even cooking. It is wifi enabled, and the wide design leaves us with space to cook on all burners at once if nee be. There is also the option to switch some of the burners from large to small. I would definitely recommend this cooktop to anyone in the market for a new one.

This 36" Samsung electric cooktop (NZ36K7570RS/AA) is phenomenal! The stainless steel trim looks great and matches just perfectly with my other Samsung appliances! I love the sleek appearance and versatile features. Each of the 5 smoothtop heating elements can be adjusted using the digital touch display controls (adjust the heat level with just the swipe of your finger) or by using the magnetic knob to dial the heat up or down. Pretty cool if you ask me!
Some of the other features that I really love are the built in digital display timer, WiFi connectivity (monitor the burner status and set the kitchen timer using the SmartThings app on your smart phone), the ability to sync 2 of the elements when cooking with a large pot, and the ability to increase or decrease element sizes as needed. This cooktop has it all!

We were very much looking forward to the new cooktop! It has met and surpassed all our expectations. The modern features of the cooktop including the touch controls were very easy to use. The five burners was a big plus. I don't think I have ever seen a five burner! Cooking with this stovetop is amazing! And just by the installation of the cooktop it has greatly helped in modernizing my kitchen!

Oh my! I really love my Samsung Cooktop. First off, I have a 1973 home and I am sooo happy that this Cooktop for the space. I love how Chic it is. I enjoy that I can use the Melt feature to slowly saute things. I haven't used the App although I will really soon. I love that my 12 year old daughter even enjoys showing her friends how she can easily use it. I am also thankful the features are safer than most items you can find elsewhere. Samsung has really thought about their customers because you can use different size pans within the same eye of the stove!!! I really enjoy cooking for my family on it whether its meat or veggies. I even cooked a soup faster than before.

the entire cooktop shuts down if a drop or 2 of water falls on it. once dry there is a delay before any burners can be turned back on. burners are "off" more than "on". hard to regulate.
