Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

Samsung Refuses To Correct A Defective Product

less than 6 months old and this this already has a discolored burner and has ruined a 350 dollar set of calphalon pots and pans. after verifying with both calphalon and samsung that these pots and pans were not only compatible but "recommended". the cooktop right front burner failed to turn off and actually melted them. twice so far i've had to run to the basement and turn the circuit breaker off in order to shut the burner off. i bought this cooktop along with a full set of samsung appliances for my kitchen. i have been disappointed in every appliance i bought. from the fridge, to the dishwasher to the microwave and finally this cooktop. samsung should be ashamed to market this garbage.

So overall it's a great stove. The features are there, the safety features are nice as well. Having 5 burners plus functions for melting and simmering is a godsend for cooking as well. A few issues I had with the product really all come down to the touch controls. Its just too sensitive. If you get a bit of water on the controls the whole stove shuts off and if something hits the power button the whole thing turns off. It's nice having the touch controls, but if something is on them like a liquid, it should maybe just lock that control until it's wiped.

We recently replaced our aging electric cooktop with Samsung's new sleek electric cooktop. Delivery and installation went flawlessly, and the cooktop looks amazing in our kitchen.
There are 5 surface elements that provide plenty of cooking space. All controls are done digitally and have a main master power control. Once the master power is on, individual surface units can be controlled by your finger or the very cool magnetic knob. When the knob is moved to a new zone control, the element is powered and element temperature can be increased or decreased by rotating the knob or using you finger.
The left two zones can be synced to allow the use of a griddle for cooking pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. The elements heat very quickly and provide for a rapid boil.
There is plenty of space for us to use different elements, and we love the simplicity of the controls.
Cleanup is super easy with the glass cooktop. There is also a lockout feature for safety in case you have small children.
We absolutely love our new cooktop and its features! It looks wonderful in our kitchen with our other Samsung appliances.

I bought this cooktop a few months ago to replace a GE Cooktop that had an element that no longer functioned. My wife has circulation issues in her hands which make it very difficult to use touch screen adjustments on a cooktop. The move anywhere knob has fixed this problem and she can operate everything without having to touch the surface with her fingers.

I was super excited to get this cooktop. Our old cooktop was impossible to keep clean, and outdated. The Samsung is sleek, smooth, and super fast. Being able to select the size of the burners is amazing. Everything from cooking five smaller pots at once, to that giant, monster pot when you want to cook a ton of mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving. Clean up is simple and easy. Spill something, and wipe it up easily. You're able to lock out the cooktop as well, which is great if you have kids, or need some extra counter space to set down the groceries. The touch controls are simple and intuitive, and give you a lot of control. Everything from a low simmer to a rapid boil are just a touch away. The Rapid Boil is awesome! Great for when you want to cook a ton of pasta quick. If you have kids, you know how crucial time to table is when it's macaroni time! The magnetic dial is awesome when you want even more precise control, or your hands are wet. Overall, I'm super happy with the cooktop and am looking forward to cooking Christmas dinner with it.

I have been using this Cooktop for over a month now and the functions on this unit is very impressive. I love the Sync function that allows 2 left units to sync together so I can use a griddle. This was great for breakfast, which is one of my favorite meals. WiFi was great to stay connected and the melting feature was great for my queso recipe. Just the design itself made it easy to cook multiple dishes as I could adjust the size of some of the units to the correct pan.
