Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

we upgraded to this model for ease of cleaning being able to remove the control knob. we have not been let down as far as that goes. using the knob is another story, it works but it is erratic. we have just gotten used to that and just accept it because it is so easy to clean. what is absolutely awful about it is if one drop of water falls in the area of the controls, the whole thing shuts down and if you are not paying attention everything stops cooking and after you clean up the water it takes a bit for it to let you turn it back on.

We love our new Samsung electric cooktop. It is very spacious with 5 surface elements that quickly heat up and are easy to control with Samsung's magnetic dial. It can be moved to each element's controls and dialed to the appropriate temperature.
The two left elements can be synced to create a large heated element used by a griddle for cooking pancakes, bacon, etc. Two of the elements have a selectable pan size option as well.
The glass cooktop is super easy to clean and has an awesome beveled edge that trims it out nicely. The unit easily connects to our Samsung SmartThings app, which controls and monitors many of our Samsung appliances.
We love cooking on our new cooktop and find that we have more room than ever to prepare multiple items, and love how it looks in our kitchen!

Excellent looking and great performance. Heats up pots and skillets much faster than the cooktop it replaced. Dimensions were true and was able to directly replace my existing unit with no modification to the countertop. Only negative comment is the touch controls and magnetic knob can be finicky at times, but overall still a great purchase.

we love our new cooktop but its causing extra stress. we use the lock option when the cooktop isnt in operation. but my cat (who isnt allowed on thr counter) jumps up when we arent home and walks across it. he must stand on the "lock" for the 3 seconds he needs to in order to unlock it and then manages to walk on thr on/off/power buttons and our stove gets turned on when we arent home.
if that wasnt as sensative - this cooktop would get a 5/5!

I purchased my stove top a year and a half ago. I love the fact that I can have five pots cooking a the same time. I also love the fact that I can combine two burners to accommodate a very large pot. What I dislike about the stove top is that burners are easily turned on while I am cooking on other burners.

It has five separate burners of various sizes which is perfect when cooking multiple dishes. It is designed to fit multiple pots and pans, which is very convenient for our family of six. Wow. This stovetop is so genius, I've been making jokes I've been living in a smart home. Water takes no time to boil, which is great for this Italian family. Samsung is the best. The design of the unit is exceptional. The button is magnetically attached and can be removed for easy cleaning. I have no problem getting a good sear on my food for a stir-fry because the stove has very good power. The one thing that is a negative is that the highest power burner is in the middle towards the rear. It is something you have to get use to because it is a farther reach when cooking with a frying pan but due to it being farther back, the smoke gets sucked up by the vent hood more easily than it would if it was located towards the front of the stove. All in all I am very satisfied with this stove. Keep up the good work Samsung!

So everything definitely works as advertised. It's a fully functioned cooktop with all the features you could want. My absolute favorite is rapid boil. There's nothing worse than waiting for water to boil when you want a cup of tea or are trying to make some pasta or noodles. This is definitely a huge timesaver for us. I also loved the sync elements. We have a big long stock pot and having the heating elements sync makes it way easier to get a consistent temp throughout your pot.
I tried the smart things and wifi connectivity, but I did not find it a useful feature. Maybe for some, but on a stove it just seemed like a needless extra.
Now one critical thing would definitely be the sensitivity of the touch controls. If you even get a drop of water anywhere on them the whole stove shuts off. It's really annoying so now we just have to lock the touch pad whenever cooking.
Other than that it's a great stove.

We bought this unit in July, 2018. It was installed by Loew's installers and they did a good job. We are enjoying the unit except that we can't get the smeary look off the glass top. We have tried a lot of things but nothing seems to help. This is the only thing that we dislike about the unit.
