Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.
Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

I bought this to replace a 20 year old oven that died when water got into the electronic panel. I am glad that happened because the Samsung is such an upgrade. The view through the glass door is amazingly clear. The bottom shelf slides out so easy. The temperature probe is great and the steam feature has worked I provides a great addition. I like the wifi feature to monitor the cooking process. The only thing that needs improvement is the alarm which is way to silent unless you are very close to the oven

the steam function on the oven worked fine on the first couple of uses. however, after that they never worked again despite the panel and other major components being replaced. all of this happened under warranty and each time i called for service repairs the problem persisted.

this oven, along with the entire suite [refrigerator, cooktop, hood vent, microwave & dishwasher] took multiple product deliveries each to get a "good one" and after numerous attempts that took well over a year to get the hood vent covers that match but were still scratched - - for my sanity i had to just keep what i was provided to stop the stress of it all. when i called about cakes don't bake right i was told to call for service of the new oven - ridiculous. now, 2 years of ownership, during covid we now can't even heat a pizza because this expensive oven now has an error code c-a2 [the cooling motor is operating abnormally]. the appliances look fabulous, but there are serious quality control issues. advice: don't buy these appliances if you plan to use them the way normal people do.

we've cooked in the oven a total of 4 times now and decided to try the cleaning feature today.
a couple good sparks came out of it along with some smoke and now it won't turn on.
to get a call back from samsung support is over an hour.
brand new oven is worthless.
we purchased all samsung appliances for our new house, had to return the washer and dryer for a different set...4 months ago and we still don't have our $1800 back.
i've called samsung 13 times with zero resolution or money back.
i will never buy another samsung product.

Oven works great. It has steam functionality and a convection fan for powerful, yet even cooking. It is also wi-fi capable to take care of the drudgery of cooking while still at the office.

Glad I purchased this unit. It was a toss up between this and the next one up. But after pondering it I realized I don't need to have the touch screen or video aspects of it.
This unit has all the same features otherwise. Comes with 2 racks as well as a ball bearing sliding rack that is as smooth as butter. I love the steam bake features as well as cleaning option. The motorized water tank coming out is super cool. Plus it looks phenomenal with the other black stainless products we have.
So far we have done plenty of baking and cooking with it. It's been excellent. No issues what so ever. Plus with smart things I was able to watch TV when it was preheating and be alerted on screen of completion. Same with meals/timers. Which is excellent in our hectic lifestyle. Plus, with smartthings, you can preheat the oven on the go so it's ready when you get home.
Install was very straightforward. Two people lifted it no problem and wiring was a cinch.

I bought this oven and it was installed one month after it was purchased because of a kitchen remodeling. When it was installed I ran a self-diagnosis as the installation manual says so. Then an H-2 error code is displayed, I contacted Samsung Support and they have no idea what this error code means, they sent their "technical specialist" and the same thing, he didn't know what this code was, he even said to me "if you speak Korean you could try calling Samsung in Korea", it was not funny to me. The oven seems to work well but we haven't tried all the features. The error code is still there...
