Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

I really like my new double wall oven. Both ovens heat quickly and maintain even heat for even baking. Nice bright led lights inside so it's easy to see your food without opening the door. The wifi connection is nice as it lets you know the oven status. I recommend!

i've had this oven for nearly 2 years now and loved it until now. it is packed with features and is a good oven.
now im getting error c-72. it has something to do with the steam feature (which i never used). the drain light is illuminated but when i tell it to drain it throws the error code. we can still use the bottom oven but the top oven touch controls are not illuminated.
the troubleshooting guide simply says call a technician.
an oven this expensive should last way more than 2 years before it starts having issues.

I've had this oven for over a year and it works perfectly. I've roasted chickens, finished turkeys and ribs in the oven and roasted vegetables. The digital screen is easy to use, so I set the timer as I go outside to grill and keep me on task. It heats up quickly, either broil or bake/roast functions so I can finish protein with a crust. The lighting is excellent, as is the jazzy purple interior. And I like the black stainless finish a lot. My sister-in-law is a master baker, and she loved the ovens and uses them every day when she visits. High marks from her as well. I think Samsung nailed it with this model. I'm very satisfied.

purchased this for a new home, shortly after put in use the oven failed, digital readouts were broken, failed to poerate in any meaningful way. service tech sent out and was charged $115.00!!! for an item under warranty. after several weeks wait for parts the tech came back out and didnt fix the problem. with no alternative solution provided other than contact samsung warranty again!
their service dept is designed to delay online, difficult to speak with someone live, and their review process is deceptive in that it auto fills in the 5 star review and you have to manually set the rating at what you wanted it to be. so disappointed.
do not buy samsung, switched all future purchases to whirlpool

Have this oven for 18 months and it's the greatest ever, it's a double oven and I love the steam feature, you can steam bake and steam roast so your cake or meat is crispy but not dried out

C A2 Error code after self-cleaning

We bought this beautiful double wall oven and loved it! After using it for 3 months I used the self cleaning feature. Now the oven gives me an error code C-A2 and called the warranty number. 2 weeks past warranty and at first they said they would honor it until they found out that a services tech was over 3 hours one way from where we live. I need help! No oven from August 2018 to Now 03/01/19

Had the oven just over a year. Ran the self-cleaning cycle and now the oven won't turn on or open. Warranty over have to take the entire oven out of the wall. Heard this is a problem that happens a lot. If you own one of these ovens don't use the self cleaning option.
