Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

I have been asked to rewrite my review as my initial review was "moderated"…. So here goes… We have a Samsung double oven. It is in a residential setting, used maybe once a week with heavier use during the holidays. Installed professionally when our house was built 4yrs ago. After performing a self clean this past weekend, we are now getting the ca-2 error code, even after a power off.
This code appears to be a problem, a search will answer that question for you. Extended warranty at the time of purchase is the way to go.
Looks like most folks recently agree, just swipe left on this one.

received this oven back in 4-22-2020. oven was working ok. its november 2020 and the top oven is not working at this time. called samsung for a warranty repair. repair service was coming out of new york and i live in ct.
repair service canceled didn't have 2 techs to do job. calling samsung back today to get answers.

everithing was working fine, but less than a year of use, the microwave door dont close properly, theres a message that say please close the door, and we cannot use the microwave anymore. really dissapointed after we paid a top of the line equipment.

We bought this oven about 2 months ago. Love the steam cleaning feature. Haven't tried the steam function yet for baking but can't wait to bake a cake. My wife loves how her biscuits come out.....she says Perfect!

ever since we got this amazing oven, we have not stopped baking, grilling, steaming, etc... super easy to use, it bakes loaves of bread, pastries, and cakes to perfection. roasts are cooked perfectly too creating crunchy crusts and sealing moisture inside. we have to clean it a couple of times but, using the self-cleaning feature, makes the process effortless. i would highly recommend it to anyone. the cherry on the cake is its stunning look. i would give it 6 stars if it were possible.

1st unit arrived DOA; took 3 months to replace; design flaw has electronic control boards placed at rear of oven making repairs difficult; 2nd unit has worked with no issues; love its features including heavy gauge racks particularly the pull-out gliding rack with handle; choice of hi/lo broil temperatures; heats quickly and retains heat efficiently; touch screen controls are easy to operate
