Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

this particular wall over combination unit was installed 10/28/20. the oven works well and the microwave/convection oven on top has worked flawlessly, until month 13 when the touchscreen started activating the self clean and broiler all by itself. i thought it was a dirty screen. so i cleaned it and i went to the breaker panel and shut power down to the unit for a full reboot. i waited 60 seconds and restarted it. 10 min later it was doing the same thing. i, also, came home one day to see that it had started the self clean in the lower oven and locked the door, and nobody else had been in the house.
allegedly this is not covered after 12 months. i am on the hook for repair costs. i will not purchase this brand again.

purchased in early 2018 and repaired in late 2018. soon the microwave worked intermittently and now the microwave and oven both stopped working completely in 2021. repairmen came 4 times to replace parts and diagnose problem but still cannot get it to work. customer service is as bad as the oven is.

I got an appliance that keep failing to operate

unfortunately i bought all of our appliances to our new house from samsung, the biggest disappointment is from the level of service we got. first, microwave failed to heat after a month of use, i called for a service and they replace a part, since that moment, the entire unit mw and oven gets random resets for 20 minutes and the tech. service team visited three times without an idea how to solve it.
finally they got a recommendation what part to replace but 3 times in the last three weeks they arrive to our house with a wrong part!!!
during that time i am with an oven and mw that is not function properly (during holidays and covid) and service team that every time i called, their system is down!!
i called samsung, no help, they asked me to follow up with the service team!!!
