Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. I baked cakes and cookies, roasted a turkey and roast beef, air fried French fries, dried herbs and all came out great. I did a steam clean and it was easy and efficient. Th only thing I do not like the design is if you lean on the stove you can easily turn on a burner by mistake.

We bought this range about 8 - 9 month ago. For one we wanted a larger air fryer that could accommodate a family, and second being able to reduce appliances on the counter. The convection oven was not new to us since we had that in our prior range. However it does not matter whether we use the regular bake function or the convection function everything burns from underneath unless we place the racks in the top two positions of the oven. Worse than that though is the air fryer. Even with placing a sheet underneath the frying basket it smokes enormously. It sets off the fire alarms whether it's potato wedges or a turkey and when using the cleaning cycle it is even worse. We have contacted Samsung about this since and will see what happens. We would not buy this range again!

i've had this range for one month now and i have been extremely careful with the glass top. however, it already looks like i've owned it for years. it is extremely sensitive. spills do not wipe up easily, they get burnt on and are very hard to clean. my old range looked better than this one and it was over 10 years old. i use the recommended cleaner. i follow the instructions. even the burner that i have only used for heating up a tea kettle has marks on it. i don't understand why it is so sensitive and why it stains so easily. if i had the option to return this appliance, i would. i am so disappointed.

only issue we have had in the last 10 months is the knobs get turned very easily. our aussie can bump them and the burners turn on. we started removing the knows to prevent a fire or burn and the inside of one of the knobs came off and now we can not use that burner. hoping it is fixable!

this oven looks and works great, but i would not have purchased it if i had known how annoying the sounds would be. by default it plays a ridiculously long musical chime any time you set it or a timer is up. you can disable this, but the only other option is complete silence including no alarm when the timer is up. our samsung washer/dryer and even a stick vaccuum from samsung do this too. why??? who thought it was a good idea to make appliances play a song any time they are used? my only hope is that samsung will be able to offer a software update to give us three sound options - ridiculous music, simple beeps, or off. this is the last samsung product we will buy if this doesn't change.

I love this range! It has great burners that heat quickly and stay hot. The air fry feature is great! It also works with the smart things app and sends alerts to your phone with updates. We have now had our range for about 6 months and we still are discovering new features and benefits. The surface provides more even cooking and control than our previous aging GE range (which we loved), and baking results are much more successful, eg pies are evenly cooked, meats roasted uniformly. The Airfry really is a nice feature and the ability to start / manage the oven remotely with my phone and app has really come in handy. The only thing that does take a little more effort is keeping the black cook surface clean and shiny. Then black surface shows smudges and streaks more than the previous white one. But it is easily done with a ceramic surface polish and microfiber cloth.

I don't have any complaints about the cooking and baking function. Love the airfry feature, frozen fries in ten minutes. I do have a complains about the oven door. After a short period of use, the it got very dirty in between the oven door glass. The company's answer was to use a ruler, wrap a cloth around it and go through the openings of the oven door to clean. This is very difficult and time consuming.

I am obviously not a quick study as I have accidentally turned the burners on by accident three times. The first two times I caught the mistake quickly. The last time resulted in a kitchen fire. I bought this range shortly moving into my house. I cannot believe all the features. Air Fry, Dehydrator and it hooks up to my smart phone and tells me when my meal is almost ready and then again when it is done. I don't like to cook but this range makes it easier.

rally awesome feature. can set controls hit start and go watch tv. when preheat is done it flashes on tv screen oven at temp and beeps on my phone. put in food hit timer, automatically shuts off and sends message your food is done to phone and tv. love it. Only thing is air-fryer/convection fan does not work repairman coming today.

I absolutely lo e this purchase, compared to the previous this is a huge upgrade. I should have opted for the smart dial but ill keep that in mind for the next time. I bought this so I can get get rid of the Air fryer

I am pleased with the stove but the manual is awful. It doesn't explain one of the features
It only cautions you on what not to do. It feels like the manual was written by a lawyer

Not only does this look much nicer in my space, but I am really happy with how much better it performs than my old stove. Baking is more precise.

This is my first range and glass cooktop and so far it's been great. I don't love cooking on the glass as it's not easy to clean, but it heats up nicely. The air dry option on the oven is great, we use it a lot
