Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. I am very happy with the Samsung range. It is versatile and has everything I need for everyday cooking and served me well during the Holiday season. This range has range! I used the Roast setting to make a perfect NY Strip Roast. The bake setting worked well for my pies. I love the warming station for melting butter and keeping sauces warm. The airfryer was a bit disappointing. It works well for large batch French Fries but I found a separate airfryer better for cooking a whole chicken. I am learning what works and how to best use the convection settings. The timer and WiFi capability have helped me manage creating a meal.
I am very happy with this purcahse and look forward to creating delicious meals and desserts for many years to come.

This is a great, standard-sized range with a variety of cooking options for those willing to learn how to use convection oven functions. We've used it quite a bit for about 6 months now. For the oven, we've used the convection baking, convection roasting, regular baking, broiling, and "no-preheat air-fry" (which seems to be convection broiling) functions and all have worked well, but most require adjusting temperature and time from standard recipe instructions. Great for any cook who likes to try new things, and offers several options for faster cooker with less heat/energy usage. It heats quickly and accurately, and seems to maintain its heat well without heating up the room. The covered heating element on the bottom makes cleanup easy. The stovetop also has a number of options, including front heating elements that can be used for different sizes (including a larger element than I've had on previous ranges) and a warming element in the back middle. The front burners also feature a rapid-boil function, and they do seem to boil water quickly. The glass is a bit difficult to keep clean - burnt on residue that's difficult/impossible to remove seems to be showing up quickly, but it still looks pretty nice after a few months of use. The functions are all fairly intuitive and seem to work well, with all the features expected (cook time, timer, oven light, clock, etc.). The range can be linked to your wi-fi to automatically update the clock, and start/stop or monitor from your phone. Finally, there is a small drawer at the bottom that fits a surprising amount of sheet pans when properly arranged.
All in all, a great range, looks nice, works well, so hopefully it has good longevity.

3 Invisible bottom element

I'm impressed by all the features and the ability to monitor what's happening with the app. I got off start because I thought the range had a defect. Turns out the my circuit had a problem and the range kept cutting. Customer service made 2 visits and helped my identify the problem. The tech was VERY helpful.

I bought this range in July and while it has taken some time to get used to, overall it is a great range. The burners all heat up well, still learning how to adjust the heat to the proper setting. Lo is tricky if you want to simmer something very gently. The oven works great, even heating, convection oven works wonders with french fries but I haven't used it all that much. It will get more use this winter. Keeping the flat top clean and unscratched is a challenge - I never knew I got the stove top so dirty! But, I am very careful when setting down pans, and I clean it every night with the recommended cleaners and so far it still looks great.

I love my new Samsung Range! Stove is easy to clean, I don't use water, I use the Weiman glass cook top cleaning cream that helps protect the top (same I was using with my previous Frigidaire range).
The oven "pre-heating" is very fast no matter the temperature you have selected, and it lets you know when it is ready! I have baked cookies using Convection Bake and cakes using regular Bake (as it is suggested in the complete owners manual that you can download) and they come up perfect!!
