Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. Bought it to match my range and the fridge. Looks well built and cooks as expected. The overhead fan is loud though on all speeds . The lighting is nice though with led's.
The interior is also slick with it matching the stove.
Reliable performance is unknown at this time. We'll see ! Very expensive for a microwave though

This is a great over the range microwave. The front is very nice with the buttons that kind of hide when looking from far. Heats up food great. The inside is very wide to fit any kind of food.

microwave died after a year and a half, necessitating an expensive service call. because it's samsung, nobody but samsung's specific service centers will fix it, and they require you to take the microwave off the wall for them. so pay more, get less with samsung all around.

when it was working this microwave worked amazingly and looks beautiful in the kitchen. we purchased this in late 2019 and from the start there was intermittent heating issues, but because it did not do it all the time no work could be doneon it because the problem could not be found. it has finally stopped heating all together and of course it is after our samsung and lowes warranty has ended. we have the marching stove, fridge, and dishwasher and the work great and look great the only problem is the microwave.

i ordered this as part of a package from costco. it had a paint bubble that i was compensated for after install. unfortunately it started overheating after 5 minutes of cook time and the fan would run continuously to cool it down. it was also installed with only 1 bolt on top by costco installation. it sags 1/4 inch more and has a gap all the way between the cabinet and the unit. they drilled several holes and then just didn't bother to install the bolt. costco called me and claimed they set up repair but its been 3 weeks and nothing. costco needs to fix the install / samsung needs to replace the defective unit.
