Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

I have all Samsung appliances, dish washer doesn't clean had serviced 4 times now it just sits there. My stove well all the lights on control panel go haywire and my 3500.00 fridge had to have new ice maker replaced 6 months after getting it..

I bought this microwave a couple months ago and satisfied with my purchased. I was indecisive on which color to choose but the black stainless steel was a great choice for my modern style apartment. The fingerprint resistant finish makes thing easier to clean. I found it fairly simple to install on my own. But I did have to make the proper accommodations to mount the bracket since my mounting wall was thin.

The microwave is okay. I want to rave about appliance but it is just, meh. The buttons feel low quality and are not touch sensitive. Sometimes I have to press hard for the buttons to work. The lazy Susan (rotating plate) motor has become noisy and sounds like it is working hard to turn. Overall, it works but feels cheap

plastic-sheet keypad likely to crack with long use (and fingernails), hard to press buttons.
the menu is underwhelming. cooking presets such as melt/soften and cooking functions have only numbers for their presets, not words ... which means you need to have a chart to look up, for example, what number to select for melting butter vs chocolate, or select auto-cook items.
finally, this unit does not include a function that i thought was nearly standard these days -- fast one-touch cooking where, for example, a single press of "1" turns it on for a minute, "2" for 2 minutes, and so on. not a big deal, but my family had gotten used to this on our last 2 microwaves and were disappointed not to have it here.
