Damaged Shipments

Inspect your appliance at delivery

Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.

Defective Merchandise

Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.

As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.

We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.

Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

Call within 24 hours if product doesn't meet your needs

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.

In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

I bought this thinking oh its a great new dishwasher. But I have to rewash my dishes so many times just to get them clean. The door for the soap does not open. And rarely are the dishes ever clean in the first round.

We've had this dishwasher for a few months and it works pretty well. It's super quiet and has a ton of space! The down sides are it does seem to take a while to finish a cycle no matter which settings you use and it can get musky if you don't crack it open after a cycle

bought in may 2019, even spent the extra 120 bucks for the extended warranty samsung care. the dishwasher broke down in dec 2020 - after getting the runaround & spending countless hours on the phone they finally send my case to assurant. tech finally comes out on jan 8. over a month after i started this process. i get an email on jan 12th saying that its not cost-effective to repair & theyll send me a check for the original cost in 7 to 10 business days. my entire kitchen is samsung - every appliance i have is samsung. every tv i have is samsung. i have been a samsung cost for close to 15 years.i doubt ill ever buy something from samsung again. worst service ever! better off going to bestbuy - their warranty is half the cost for twice the lenth and 1000x better service.

I have all black appliances and wanted to match my other Samsung kitchen. It was between this model and another than was substantially costlier. My house has been tough on dishwashers, I decided to go with the more economical model. This appliance is much quieter and cleans better than my previous model from another leading brand that had more bells and whistles. I been happy with it so far. The only issue I had with Samsung's subcontractor's installation in which Samsung righted immediately.

Unit is ok. Button are super sensitive and unit turns on at slightest brush by. If you don't open it as soon as it's done with a cycle everything always wet inside. Must use highest grade detergent if it leave residue. Can be noisy. I woudnt recommend unless get a great price on it.

When you go without upgrading your appliances for as long as we have, its a huge leap in technology and utility. The installers did a fantastic job, completed in under 30 minutes from the time they arrived. The instructions included are well written, but using this dishwasher is really intuitive. The first thing I noticed was how large the interior is, especially on the bottom rack. The second rack is adjustable so you can fit even larger items below if you need to do so. I moved the rack just to see how difficult it was, and it was simple and quick. There is a dedicated rinse aid container that is designed for liquid rinse aid only, seems to hold a large amount so it won't have to be refilled very often. The container for the dishwasher soap is right beside it, so its easy to find and easy to check it whenever you start a new load. This is the first time I've seen a third rack on the top, and this is used for cutlery. There is another cutlery rack in the traditional spot in the bottom, both seem to work well, but the top rack is really useful for over sized serving spoons and things of that size. The top rack is removable if you need to some more room on top. The cycle selections are what you would expect, but the addition of the "Auto" cycle is new to me. this somehow determines the soil level of your dishes and cleans accordingly. The Sanitize option heats your hot water further to a temperature of 156 degrees if that is something you need. One important thing to remember is this is a touch control, so no need to push, just touch. It is really responsive. This dishwasher is very quiet as well. previously we only ran the dishwasher at night when no one was downstairs due to the loud sound, but we barely even know this one is running. This is a great addition to our kitchen and we're looking forward to many years of quiet cleaning.
