Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

brought the washer and dryer as a combine, but the dryer didn't last long at all, i'm upset and regret the choice of ever purchasing said appliances. the dryer panel gets wet somehow and assuming when the dryer dries the clothes, the water gets into the panel and just stops the dryer from working. i used to have a maytag and that baby was a well built machine, and this one is just built shotty.

The best upgrade on a dryer I could have ever made. It has a very wide dryer barrel and dries clothes and bedding fast. What I love the most is that the dryer has different setting that I can set depending on what I'm drying.

received this dryer with its sister washer yesterday after ordering from home depot as a pair.
this dryer did not function on day 1 - no heat after professional installation - and did not pass the initial test procedure. installers took my old dryer away and left me with this non-operational $800 useless dryer which samsung will not replace despite the fact it has not dried a single sock. still doing battle with samsung and home depot who both claim its the others problem to deal with - leaving me unable to do laundry while they bicker over who has to deal with this very large paperweight. will be spending my money on a more reliable brand after i can get this thing out of my house.

I love this dryer because it holds a ton of clothes. Generally no load takes more than an hour to dry. I use the time setting so that I can control the temperature that my items will be drying at.

I've owned the dryer for 3 months now and will have my 3rd service call on Friday. 1st call was for a bolt/screw that holds the burner assembly down that was never secured properly during manufacturing causing an increasingly bad rattle from the 1st day of operation. Now the belt tensioner pulley has failed, tech was here and diagnosed but had to have a 2nd service call because he did not have the part to replace. I'm glad I got the extended warranty as 3 service calls in as many months for a new dryer is very concerning.

it was great...until it wasn't. we bought it last june. earlier this month the drum stopped spinning. samsung's repair service wanted to order parts before coming, which i get (covid) but they couldn't come for a month. local repair guy ran dryer's diagnostics and the motor is broken, likely the "board" too. he says parts will be over $400. the worst part is that they are all currently unavailable with no anticipated re-stock date. so now i have to either buy a new dryer or not have one for an indefinite amount of time, and then pay nearly the cost of the dryer in repairs. it's slightly over a year old. buyer beware.

Very efficient and quiet dryer. Lit interior makes it easier to find that stray sock after drying. Lint trap spacious and easy to clean. Gets close dry to the level you wish. Lovely chime noise instead of painful buzzer.

ordered the unit on june 24th and received it on july 4th. after it was installed and ran the test successfully i ran my first load and all was well. however, on the second day, the machine would no longer work. the light came on inside, the breaker was fine, and i performed a hard reset by removing the power cord from the outlet. still no luck. then when i contacted samsung i was told that it was out of warranty (awesome!). i had to upload my receipt and still have to wait 2-3 business days for samsung to process the warranty review. i'm pretty certain that i will have to wait a long time for the technician to repair this massive paper weight in my basement!
