Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

i really like the design i just bought it last week and so far i like it but its not wanting to dry the clothes throughly for some reason ive tried different settings and different modes kind of a let down but it is alot better than whirlpool in my experience. easy to install wasnt too much of a hassel i overall like everything just it doesnt want to dry all the way sometimes.

my husband is a plumber and i am an electrician. so i opted out of the professional installation. guess what, if you don't get the professional installation they don't give you the steam kit or the power cord needed for the dryer. seriously! i should have been prompted to then purchase these items separately since they didn't come with it. not only that but it said it would be delivered in 5 days; it took two weeks. i could have grabbed the cord off the old dryer had i know but it was hauled away.

i pursched this dryer on thursday 3/25/2021 and just got it deliver today! 3/30/2021 i was so excited because we have been with out a dryer for a week and when they came to install the dryer it was working properly and then on my second load the dryer was not working properly. i put it on normal for 45mins and then the timing dropped to 1 minute and then the dryer turned off and it did not fully dry my clothes. i called customer service and spend an hour with a gentelmen and he did not help me properly. i asked to speak to someone upper then him and he would not transfer me to the proper person he had an excuse for everything !!!!!! and instead he transfer me to there sales person, this is the worse experience i have ever had and now i want a refund!!! someone needs to call me about this !

while this dryer has lots of drying cycles, it is missing an interior light in the drum. this makes it impossible to see clothes in the back or front for that matter. how can such an expensive dryer be missing a basic light inside. ? my old maytag cost a lot less and had a great interior light to see things. looks nice but no light is a bad design.

i have had nothing but issues with this dryer since i got it. ive had it looked at multiple times. it is the absolute worst youre better off hang drying you clothes because thats what youll have to do most of the time anyway. it inly half drys items of clothing and then shuts off the only setting i can use is the manual timed dry. literally do not waste your money on this product, or any samsung appliance for that matter because the washer isnt much better. so so so disapointed the quality of samsung used to be top of the line, this is toal and complete junk
