The Manuel does not help with trying to figure out the features of the washer. You cant override the the automatic sensor which does not put enough water in to get all of the clothes wet and cleaned. I have been using the deep water cycle for all loads which defeats the purpose of all off the other wash setting choices.

I should have bought this washer sooner. My old washer did not have an agitator so no wonder my pleasant surprise to learn the agitator in my new LG is a 4 way agitator and my clothes are so much cleaner. The blue tooth feature is awesome. It allows me to have the washer ready to go then turn it on as I head home in the evenings. The clothes finish washing sooner so I can get them in the dryer quicker. No more sitting up waiting for the clothes to finish drying. It is also quieter than my last washer. So being located near the den isnt a noise issue. I highly recommend this washer to anyone who has a busy schedule and needs their clothes really clean inthe first wash.

Love this washing machine It can handle large loads and love the fast spin cycle clothes come out almost dry. Have not used all the different cycles yet as we usually use the deep fill function. The auto fill does not appear to get all the clothes wet enough however will update after we have used more of the cycles. Like the extra rinse also to make sure all the soap is out of the clothes however only use on some fabric types.

Id like my model with the agitator much better than the one without the agitator. My clothes get cleaner. When I had the washer without the agitator I always had to add an extra rinse. At that point it was no longer energy efficient. This one cleans well without any extra rinses.

I bought this fall of 2022 but didnt actual install until around December. It cleans great and I love the huge tub. I am a little short so if you are less than 53 you may need a stool to reach to the bottom This was my first washer for over 20 years my other one lasted forever. I thought it was a little loud but then when family has been over they said it is really loud for such a new washer. Im past my 6 mo. so Id have to pay someone to come and look at it.

I purchased this lg washer September 15 2022 from lowes the washer displayed an error message a week later. The error message fixed itself for a few more washes then broke permanently around the end of December three months after purchase I have no washer. Called lg and they sent a technician out he has been to my house twice once he didnt have the parts the second time he said he needed to order a replacement motherboard for the washer. This washer has been in my house 6 months but has been broken over 3of the six months

I bought this with matching dryer. I cannot wash my shirts that I hang dry with other pants and clothes because the impeller is so brutal on the clothes the shirts are masses of wrinkles. Have to wash shirts separately on delicate and low spin and even then wrinkled not as bad. Waste of water and energy. Tub so deep hard to reach clothes at bottom and I am 57. Wasted my money very dissatisfied.

We switched to this top loader after using a front loader of another brand for the last 10-15 years and so glad we made the switch The tub is HUGE and holds a ton of clothes. We were worried about clothes getting caught in the agitator like it used to back in the old days but the design has really improved and that hasnt been an issue at all. We also love how customizable each load is AND I am newly obsessed with the smart feature and being able to set loads on my phone seeing how much time is left and get alerts when the load has finished. We like the turbowash option and we like being able to set how much water each load will get our skin sensitive childs needs extra rinsing.

I bought this a few months back and already wishing I had my old washer back. I know it says its efficient but I dont find it efficient if I have to wash clothes twice. I know everyone says we have to save water but washing twice to get clothes clean is NOT saving water. I decided to watch a cycle as it washed. I put the clothes and soap in as normal. Started the washer. It spun around then started water. The water level was really low. Low enough it didnt even get the top clothes wet. It was most of the way through the wash and clothes still dry on top. So those clothes never got washed. Then it went through spin cycle and the rest of the cycles. Next wash I used max wash water. Well that was WAY too much water. So it was a waste of water. Not efficient. My last washer I was in control of how much water went into the washer not the washer. This washer has some good features but its not the wash cycle. Which is what you buy a washing machine for. I have adapted to this washer by waiting until the water is done adding then I stop washer and add at least to a gallon or two more. Big pain in my backside but now my clothes is getting clean.

I purchased this a couple months ago My wife wanted a machine big enough to handle a king sized comforter. This one handles it with no problem It runs quiet washes great and has many different settings. It automatically adjust water level to load size Want more water in the wash theres a button for that. You can even download additional wash setting from an app. I havent tried that yet. Only 1 downfall so far my wife is 52 and needs a step stool to get to the bottom of the drum inside the washer when unloading smaller items like socks.

Ive only had this washer for 2 weeks and its been mostly great. While the tub holds a lot unless I use deep fill I dont think the clothes get enough water to thourghly agitate them. c. Normal just barely cover the clothes and it seems they dont move much. I wish there was an adjustable water level.

Sadly my 10 year old washer died so we had to get a new one. After doing some research and asking around I ended up buying this beautiful new LG washer. The reason I settled on it was for the quality and the price. We have now had it for a few weeks and it runs beautifully. I love the app feature that tells you when the cycle is over. Great reminder Happy with my purchase

We find that this particular washing machine does a wonderful job of getting our clothes smelling clean and washing out stains. The features on this machine are great.

I have had this washer for just over a month and have done at least 12 loads of laundry. Each time there was not sufficient water to properly wash my clothes unless the Deep Fill or Heavy Duty option is selected. The auto sensing feature does not seem to add enough water for washing. I know it is supposed to be a high efficiency model and use less water however to clean clothes you at least have to get them wet.
I included a picture of one wash that after 8 minutes of agitating still had dry clothes.
I called LG to ask about this and they informed me that this is now the washer is supposed to work. They said that if I wanted the clothes to be wet for washing I would have to override the sensing and use the Deep Fill or Heavy Duty option. This works however it results in wasting lots of water and/or longer washing time. I asked if there was a way to add just a bit more water and was told that an option for this is not available on this model. VERY poor designing in my humble opinion.
I would definitely not recommend this model unless you have unlimited water and time to do laundry.
