I really enjoy the new washer from LG I like the features and especially the downloadable extra wash cycles. It is easy to use and gets all my clothes clean. It was also easy to connect my washer to my phone and it lets me know when it is finished. Would definitely recommend this washer.

I bought this washer a few weeks ago and honestly I didnt like it at first My old standard agitator broke down after 8 years and it wasnt worth fixing it. We did a lot of research before landing on this washer. At first I was like this is not going to work for us there is no way itll get the clothes as clean. Wrong It cleans so much better uses way less water in the process. I love how big the drum is I can wash every single comforter I have now. I had one that I was going to take to the laundry mat before my washer kicked the bucket. Got this LG home and threw it in there first run Im really impressed with it my clothes smell great and look better. I always recommend the extended warrantyjust in case. Hopefully I wont need it but better safe than sorry. I love the way it looks and its much quieter than my previous washer. Some cycles are a lot slowerbut once you figure out what cycles work for you then its a breeze and worth the wait for how clean and fresh the clothes are. Also the downloadable cycles are your friend Use the app It lets me know when my wash is completed so no more running to the basement to check Love all the features and cycles it has to offer. I would recommend this washer. Definitely a learning curve from a standard washer so dont give up on it after a day. Because it took me 4 days to really see what cycles I like

I did have a couple questions about the wash cycles that the information was not included in the paper manual. If you dont have a smart phone you cannot access this information.

We bought this a couple of weeks ago and it has been a delight to use. We previously had a front-load washer that died. This washer was on clearance so we saved quite of money and it had a slightly larger capacity than similarly featured options. We have not tried the Wi-Fi feature yet but I think some people may find that helpful.

We bought this 2/12 waited two weeks to get it delivered. washed a couple loads of clothes and it broke down dl code came on and locked wet clothes inside it We couldnt get the door to open. the support by phone and app was no help finally got to speak to someone and scheduled a repair took another week to get it fixed It is working now but we are very disappointed in the whole experience for what it cost wouldnt have thought it would have been such a headache to get what appeared to be a nice product.

I have had this for about a month and I absolutely love it There are many different options for washing and it washes super fast. My last washer was out of balance all the time and this never happens. Also its very beautiful which sounds weird for a washing machine Lol I also like that I can Bluetooth to it and download settings but in addition it notifies me when my wash is complete

We looked and read about what washers we had to replace the LG we had that just went on the blink. the 7400 looked to be very good and one review had it as 1. Features seemed good although wifi not needed. Unfortunately it gave us problems immediately both in terms of being way of balance and electronics messing up. So we returned it and got another LG model rated top by CR. Odd though less features than the 7400 but cost a bit more. HDepot took some off though. It was a pain to have to go thru the pickup and delivery again. But so far so very good on new model. We think the other model was either damaged in shipment though nothing visible or just made after a holiday weekend.

I bought this less than 6 months ago and use it about once a week. I suspected it wasnt getting things fully cleaned so I recently started putting items straight out of the wash cycle into a tub of water and was shocked at how much dirt came out into the water. If I wash more than a single sheet at a time there are huge dry spots on the sheets where they didnt even get wet after a full 50+ minute cycle. If I use the Bedding setting it throws an error that the machine isnt getting enough water despite the water lines being brand new and fully clear with healthy water pressure. Plus any dust or pet hair that accumulates in the water seems to settle on top when it drains so I have big dirty patches on items when they come out.
I dont think this washer actually washes things.

I have only had this washer for a few weeks but so far its great.
It has a huge capacity that I can throw all my bedding in there and still have room also has tons of features and I dont have to do laundry so often since it has such a big capacity. I havent had a high efficiency washer before and was a little unsure how clean stuff would get without the agitator but it works great and all my clothes feel cleaner and smell better than my old washer.

Overfills water keeps filling until it gets to top of drum continues overflowing drum and floods floor. Currently awaiting new part for repair. Thankful covered under 1 year warranty.
