Ive had this for just about 3 weeks and I really love it I dont know if I should be embarrassed to say that Id had my previous washer/dryer for 23 yearsso this impeller thing takes some getting used to but Ive been very happy with the results. I love being able to wash my king size bedding including comforters in this machine Wow The tub is huge and Im short so its hard to reach to the bottom of it bad-good not sure yet but Ill deal with it since I can wash my own king bedding whenever I want

This washer is the best washer I have ever bought. It is big enough for my family with everyday load. It has all wash modes which I have ever needed. The nice notification on the phone always reminds me when the load is done. The only thing which bugs me is I need to turn on the washer before I can remote start it. I also need to physical press the remote start button for 3 seconds to do so. I think this is very inconvenient and I hope it can be improved in the future.

I have to say that I was excited to purchase this machine. After only about 2 months of use the door latch failed which stopped the use of the machine completely. After contacting lg about this issue it took almost two months to repair the machine and I find this unacceptable. I live in a very rural area and had to travel over an hour one way just to wash laundry. Also unacceptable. I do hope that this is not what is to come for the future of this machine and feel I have absolutely no choice but to have to spend more time and money to put an extended plan on what my be the wrong purchase

I did alot of research befor going to buy my machine so glad I did. There is many to choose from with many functions. I chose this one because of the size of the tub. Is nice and big you can do large loads with no problem. When I first started using it I found many ways this machine works. I think my favorite part of this machine is that it spins the clother before fill it with water to make sure its balanced. I cants wait until my dryer breaks down so I can replace it with the matching dryer. If you have reservations about this machine I suggest you do the homework there are alot to choose from. But for me this is the best choice. I have cleaned my king size blankets with no problem and yet it also delicate items also. Rest assured it will do about anything you need it to.

we bought this washer with the matching LG dryer it worked fine for the first 4 months then it starts vibrating like crazy making a helicopter noise. It was on the same spot same setup never moved and we are using the same washing style. I was disappointed with the technician and LG customer service explanation of the issue which insult your intelligence. by says this is normal vibration maybe the load is too small or this dryer supposed to be on the first floor my issue still pending solution from LG. And I am still making payments on this dryer.

Pros: cleans a lot better than my old standard washer with agitator and it removed stains my previous washer didnt. Sleek looking. Easy to use and has great capacity. The water sensing feature is awesome.
Cons: Hard to tell when soap is enough. Motor makes a high pitch noise it isnt anything different from what I see on like YouTube as far as the sound for this model but I am used to low frequency noises from washers instead.

I had a LG front loader for the past 15 and the drum went out so I decided to purchase an LG top loader my BIGGEST mistake. It does not wash my clothes properly socks come out soiled uses a lot more water and noticeably lowers the water pressure while in use I did not have this issue with the front loader. I called LG support I cannot return the set and pay the difference for the front loader. They can send a service tech to verify if theres an issue with the washer if theres no issue Id be responsible for paying the service call but they wont quote me on the cost of the service call I will only be told after the fact...sorry dont randomly charge me you all contract with these service contractors at a negotiated cost. Im sorry this whole experience hasnt been pleasant.

I owned a front load washing machine made by a top competitor and it was consistently and constantly a problem from the time I bought it. I was always battling mold and mildew and the washing never drained properly causing our laundry room to smell foul. The washing machine never spun out correctly and forget about washing bedding- which was a major issue for me since I run an Airbnb. After two years of this I started researching washer and dryers and it was abundantly clear I would be going with LG. I was drawn to this washer because of the large capacity and top loader and I am so grateful I went with it I was blown away when it was delivered because compared to my previous set it takes up less space but has substantially more capacity- plus it is way more stylish. The LG washing machine has every setting my family needs and some we havent explored yet. It enables us to keep our familys laundry running long which is super important since we have three teens and a dog and we do a lot of laundry and our business in order. I cant imagine going with any other choice. Thank you LG for an amazing product
