As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.

This machine was an impromptu Christmas gift. My old machine died and my husband asked me what Id really like. My best friend had purchased LG before and loved hers. Another friend had been told by her repairman to buy LG. This is my first HE machine. Im loving it so far. My clothes are clean. The machine can handle large loads. I can download specialized cycles if needed. At the end of each cycle it plays a little tune which I think is pretty neat. I leave the door open between uses to keep the gasket dry. Im sure Im places where the humidity is always high that may not be a useable strategy but here where we are rarely over 10 its perfect.

Weve had this a few weeks and really like it so far. Seems to do a great job. Easy to use. I like having the smart features more than I expected getting a notice on the phone or Alexa when the load is done is pretty handy. We seem to have an issue with the door lock sensor being super sensitive - not sure if its us the sensor or common. But happy nonetheless.

I really like that its so big and the description bragged that you could wash bedding all in one load. Well I put a full size comforter a fluffy but very light one and just the sheets in one load and it took forever. It kept getting off balance and stopping. I finally had to take all the wet sopping items out and finish washing them separately. That leads to the next problem. There is no option for just spinning the load again. I wish there were more options. I have the same complaint with the dryer. The clothes do not get dry enough and there is no option to just dry for 15 for minutes for example. You cant make up a bed with damp bedding or fold and put away damp clothes

Were pleased with this. Its huge so can fit a big load. We were told it had a smart dispenser where you just fill it up and then it knows how much detergent to use but it doesnt. It also only connects to 2.4ghz wifi signal not 5.0. So we can use that feature either unfortunately. Other than that looks nice works great.

Had smaller 4.7 LG set that could not handle comforters. Opted for this 5.2 size as it indicated that it can wash king size but NOT so. I have a queen that still comes out SOAKING wet. Disappointed because this is the reason we upgraded to this bigger considerably more expensive washer/dryer. I will say that the cycles are shorter with the turbo wash and i can do 1 load which would have normally taken 2 in my old washer. Was looking forward to washing our comforters with no problem. Am i using the wrong setting? Should i not use the turbo setting which seems to soak the comforter more?? Help please.
