Damaged Shipments

Inspect your appliance at delivery

Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.

Defective Merchandise

Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.

As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.

We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.

Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

Call within 24 hours if product doesn't meet your needs

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.

In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. Weve bought alot of things in life. A washer and dryer I think officially marks that point of adulthood where youre not linger a young adult and now youre officially a full blow adult. Well we dont regret purchasing these Everywhere we lived before had washers and dryers provided until we made this last move and were surprised to find wed have to either rent a washer and dryer or purchase out one. Well we decided it was time to make our first large appliance purchase Were a military family meaning we move every few years and wanted to ensure we got a product that would get the job done and make some moves with us. So we looked into a lot of smart washers and this seemed to be the best It works amazingly Having four kids two cats and a dog means lots of messes and LOTS of dirty clothes and this always gets the job done. Not to mentions it gets it done a lot quicker than any past washer or dryer weve had Its so great our friends actually bought the same set in a different color We plan on using LG products for future home items

I purchased the washer 2 weeks ago and am very happy with it. I had LG washers dryers in the past so I knew what I was getting. It gets clothes very clean and the 10-year warranty is a testimony to their reliability. The only disappointment is that I cant connect it to the ThinQ app because the network must be 2.4GHz and my network is 5GHz. Hopefully LG will have a firmware update for that before long

I have had this washing machine for about three weeks. One may say how do you know in just three weeks? Well with 5 kids in the house sports dancing club this washing machine makes laundry a breeze. It washes the clothes clean and spins them so dry that it cuts down trying time as well. Laundry use to be a weekend chore. Now it is a couple of hours. Love it

I couldnt be any happier with this LG.. Theyve integrated more tech than you could ever imagine. All with out loosing sight of what it truly is a washing machine.. Its very simple and easy to use especially with the app. At first a person may shudder at the cost but the versatility of this machine is well worth it. Not only does it perform better than a traditional top loader but itll also steam santize refresh and control allergens.. If thats not awesome enough theres a total of 27 different wash cycles to guarantee garment cleaning perfection. Now I can forever reign supreme in my home as the laundry king.

Great washer some annoying issues

To begin I wasnt planning on purchasing this washer I had one that seemed to be working just fine. But overnight the motor seized up and here we are. My previous washing machine was also a LG but it lasted 13+ years so Im OK with replacing it. It worked hard for a long time. I love all the features this machine comes with but there is a low-grade musty smell that I cant quite get rid of - Ive run tub clean added bleach wiped down the drum leave the door and detergent tray open but its still there.... I still have few more things to try but this should not be an issue with a BRAND NEW washer Also I cannot get it to pair with the ThinQ app. Ive tried multiple times looked up YouTube videos to follow the process and still it wont connect. Nothing major but if I have the feature I would like to use it I own quite a few LG appliances and am very happy overall but this takes away from what could be a great experience. To be fair the washer does a great job washing. The clothes are almost dry when I take them out and it has reduced my dryer time considerably. I havent tried the steam settings on the washer but I probably will purchase the matching dryer when the old one gives out. The steam feature of the dryer will be helpful for the household. Oh and there appears to be no volume control like my old washer. My laundry is right outside my sons bedroom and I like to run a load of clothes early in the morning and feel like its loud enough to wake him up. Both my washer and dryer allowed me to turn the sound very low or even off. This might be a feature that is available but if so its not easy to find If I could clear up the musty smell I would be willing to give it 5 stars.

Since starting to use this washer my clothes have smelt so much better. However I feel like the wifi/app compatibility is trying to collect a lot of data on me rather than being a convenience. I also had issues with the delivery people rescheduling and not contacting me everything had to be initiated on my end.

This thing is amazing. Uses almost no power and my clothes have never been so clean. Washed my husbands construction gear and it got every bit of sawdust off with one cycle ONE Absolutely great. I actually enjoy doing the wash now. It is very easy to use and will text your phone when the load has completed. I am extremely happy with this.

I love the capacity of this washer. Its able to hold big loads and still get everything clean. Clothes dont get all tangled up. Our laundry closet is right by our livingroom i our condo and this washer isnt noisy at all.

Great washer only one problem.

Purchased in Dec22 Installed in Jan23. Does a great job in everything. Low water consumption. Clothes come out clean and very dry compared to other brands/models weve used in the past. The only issue is that the washer door is not reversible. Had I known this I wouldve gone with a different model or brand. Something we missed when checking out the floor models available at the store we went. Our dryer is on the left and the washer is on the right so not being able to change the opening side of the door causes a bit of a hassle when moving the load from the washer to the drier.

Purchased this product after our other front load washer of 15 years DIED... After reading the reviews and reliability of the LG products my wife and I are happy to own this washer. The speed of a normal wash cycle and capacity of the washer are excellent. Cant wait for the Dryer to die so we can upgrade the the compatible LG model.

This washer does a GREAT job cleaning cloths and is very energy efficient. I also love the fact that it has WIFI and notifies you when the wash has completed if you are away. The thing that I would like to see is a volume control to increase the sound for the signal when the wash has completed.

Finally installed and working well

We bought this but couldnt install until mid January. Turned it on and had water leaking all over. Called LG for warranty service and after 3 calls didnt resolve the issue they sent a repair tech who immediately found the leaking parts. Parts were installed 2 days later. I did 4 loads of laundry and its working great This my 3rd LG washer and Ive been pleased with every one
