Ive had this washer for more than a month now and like the compact size and quiet operation. However on getting clothes clean Im still undecided if it does a good job. I will be changing my detergent soon to see if there is a change. I am currently using the Costco brand Kirkland Ultra Clean HE detergent. If a different detergent works better I will return to this site and give the machine 5 stars since it is energy efficient and my electric bill proves that.

I now have had the machine for a few weeks now. I love how compact it is and has a great Ive had the machine now for about a month. Love the look and the size. Being compact it does take a while for a cycle. I like the associated app and that it can tell you the diagnostics- that is a great feature. I recommend this washing machine for smaller spaces. I do wish I had been able to get the sale price which occurred just after a week from when I purchased.

This washer paired with the matching dryer is a must have for small spaces. It has several features and settings for various types of washing loads. It is also large enough for a comforter despite is smaller size. The only down side is it is a bit on the pricey end.

Weve had the washer for a little over a month. Itd been doing a great job and we were quite satisfied with its performance. Unfortunately a tear occurred in the rubber gasket for the door and due to the way the water fills it began to leak significantly. We requested a service call. LG and their service partners were on the issue immediately. Communication from both LG and the service person was GREAT Our washer was repaired in quick fashion and is back to running perfectly.

Purchased as part of the pair of compact washer and dryer units this washer seemed to work well. Then after a month or two or three strange things began to occur. Today -- the straw that broke the camels back -- the machine filled its typical tiny water-saving amount then spent nearly 30 minutes draining emptying occasionally spinning draining spinning BUT IMPORTANTLY not washing. No agitating back and forth occurred as in previous uses. The Lame Intelligence LI seemed to try to rinse drain and spin away the detergent sheets that are part of a normal modern washing process. It seems that some serious software/firmware updates are required. I hope buyers dont have to subscribe to updates...

I ordered this washer online exactly one month ago today. It was delivered and installed about a week later. It fits perfectly in the limited space I have in my garage for both a washer and my LG dryer. All current regular-sized front-loading washers have too much depth to fit there. This washer is very highly rated by Consumer Reports. That along with the fact that Ive been very pleased with my LG dryer and LG dishwasher is why I chose it. It has so many great features and settings including the ability to control it with my cell phone. It is energy efficient and uses much less water compared to my old front-loading washer though its capacity is only .7 cubic feet less. I definitely recommend this washer to anyone in the market for a compact front-loading washer. You wont be disappointed

bought this machine October 23 2021 and is leaking the rubber piece the goes from the soap dispenser to the tub part has a hole in it and trying to get part to replace it seems imposable. over wise a great machine for the first 67 days I owned it. While I was skeptical of this machine given its smaller capacity compared to my previous washing machines I have been very pleasantly surprised. It does a great job offering many cycles that handle everything from delicate underwear to heavy towels. It even has a special hot cycle for baby wear with its special challenges. We have our machine installed side by side with its sister-dryer instead of as a stack. Its an extremely quiet duo in operation. In recognition of its somewhat but in actuality not greatly smaller size I find that instead of doing a massive amount of laundry on a single day I will spread washing out over several less demanding sessions and this coordinates well with my work from home. Finally I have to observe that in my laundry room the smaller size fits much better visually than my prior larger machine did. Less bulk more style--in keeping with other LG appliances in our household.

Ive been using this compact front load washer for about a month now and am very happy with it. I purchased it because we have a septic system and I wanted a washer that uses a reduced amount of water. This washer uses less than 7 gallons per cycle but still gets my clothes very clean - and it fits into a small space. It also uses a very little amount of washing detergent. Only a tablespoon per load. NICE

I have had this washing machine for several months. To this day I have not been able to use it due to LG not supplying the the detergent dispensing cups that should have been included. Oh well it has been a battle will probably put it outside and plant some flowers in it.

Purchased a month ago and we have been fairly happy with the performance. The quick wash cycle is very efficient and overall does a nice job of cleaning even with heavy loads. The spin cycle is amazingly silent and there is no shudder. The drum does tend to stay too wet and it is strange not being able to see through the glass door because it is overly tinted.

While the size is convenient and necessary for my space an average sized load of laundry average for a compact washing machine takes an hour and fifty minutes. This wash time is absurd. Ive resorted to only running the quick wash on all of my laundry 30 minutes. Additionally there is no space for bleach. I was advised by LG to put my bleach in the same compartment as the soap. That doesnt seem right. Generally I would recommend looking elsewhere for a compact washing machine.

I have had this washer about 2 weeks and am in LOVE with it. My neighbors no longer hear me washing early in the morning. Very quiet even when spinning on high.
