Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. Replaced all kitchen equipment with the signature series. But one of my favorite pieces is the refrigerator. The short door as we call it is fantastic. Easy and quick opening for the frequent use items butter milk wine etc highly recommend giving it a long look. Works great for us.

Weve had our refrigerator for almost a year and when I open a door I still say out loud how much I love it. It holds so much food in both the fridge and the freezer and its nice that I only need to open one door many times to get something out. We love the extra door where we keep milk OJ wine etc. So nice to not have to open the entire fridge. We had to call service because the craft ice quit working but they came out the same day and replaced it newer model. We are having some issues with the in-door ice maker melting and freezing up when the weather is in the 80s. Still working on that issue or I would give it 5 stars.

We had doubts after the first delivery was a total wreck dealer assured us they had a replacement showroom one was also damaged and an absolutely PERFECT refrigerator showed up yesterday. We LOVE this thing - so many features I really dont think theres anything on the market even close to this. We bought LGs double-oven stove last year - again blows the competition away - and this refrigerator is a worthy companion.

The craft ice maker makes a LOUD banging noise before dropping the ice. It sounds as if someone is pounding on the wall with a hammer. The door ice maker often fuses new ice cubes that lock the bar in the full condition. Clearing the jam works but often the ice maker needs to be reset.

One gorgeous piece of equipment Having to upgrade our 22 year old refrigerator was not an easy task with so many options. After recently purchasing the LG washer and dryer combo the decision was easy. Many months of research of all the LG lines we decided on the Studio instaview with craft ice. This fridge has mega space for all your needs. The craft ice is a special touch for libations. The freezer with three slide out draws has room for everything. Note after much research we let fridge sit at room temp for 4 hours before plugging in. We waited another four hours for fridge to be perfect pre set temp before stocking fridge. Fridge is so quiet we need to open to see if actually running. The beautiful gray interior adds to the modern look. The LG app is a must have as it assists with all usage including production of craft ice and maintenance. Many compliments on this new addition adding a touch of class to the space. Thank You LG

Ive and water on the door are great. Being able to open one section to grab milk or juices is very convenient. My favorite feature is the craft ice cube maker in the freezer drawer.
The cubes are great for cocktails and sports bottles.

bought a LG refrigerator a whike back. like a boat the happiest day was day one the next happiest was watching head to the dump and out of my house. LG linear compressors are junk . and as far as the 10 year warranty . its only good if backed by LG. in short its not and you will spend more time and money till you just move on to another brand. We bought our refrigerator one month ago. It is hands down the best designed refrigerator we have ever had It it with every penny. We love the grey interior versus the standard white. I spilled juice and it stayed on the shelf- no leaking elsewhere The window is another great feature.
The craft ice is everyones favorite even our cats love playing with the balls of ice in their water.
Our power was out the other day for 13 hours and the food in both the refrigerator and freezer sections stayed cold and frozen. It is exceedingly quiet. The water and ice in the door is beautiful with lights instead of buttons The fingerprint resistant stainless finish is fabulous- the fridge always looks new. It is so chic
I have never written a review that is so long and detailed which is a testament to the superior craftsmanship and performance of the LG refrigerator

We bought our refrigerator two months ago. It took three delivery attempts and three weeks for a refrigerator without any damage to arrive. In fairness we dont know if the damages were from the factory or by the delivery personnel. One was a ding on the front of the unit and the other was a fallen screw that I understand jammed water dispenser. This delayed delivery caused our warranty period to be shorter by this amount of time. You hear jokes about appliances failing the day after a warranty expires. I hope this doesnt happen to us at the end of our warranty period. The process for getting a new delivery was reasonable but it seems that for a second and especially third attempt should have been given a higher delivery priority.
After receiving the refrigerator I tried to install the ThinQ but wasnt successful. Im fairly tech savvy but havent been able to figure out what was not allowing me to connect to the wifi. All of the steps taken appeared to be successful except for making the final connection to our homes network. I called customer support and left my phone number for a callback. I was told that there was something like 4000 plus people ahead of me and that I would be called back about 3 months later.
Our previous refrigerator was a side-by-side. We are now getting used to this new design. For the few weeks that we have been using the refrigerator it has functioned as desired except for the ThinQ issue.
Out of curiosity and using a good quality temperature probe Ive noticed the temperature range has been around what the refrigerator indicates. The probes temperature indicated for the refrigerators upper shelves were about 4 degrees F warmer than the lower shelves. This was expected and is not an issue just an observation. The probes freezer temperature was about a degree colder than what the refrigerator indicated. Again not a concern just an observation.
There is one design function improvement that I would suggest. Create a shallow angled plate instead of the current flat plate that you press a glass against to get water or ice. Doing this will provide a tactile feel that the glass is properly positioned.

This is the Cadillac of refrigerators. Im sure there are other nice ones too but this one definitely falls under top of the line category. Knock twice on the glass to see and access whats in the front part or open the door all the way to get to the entire interior. Stainless is also in the interior across the back of it further helping to maintain temperature. The interior is very modern looking. Get the APP for monitoring by LG. If something is starting to go wrong with your refrigerator they send you a text. 2 ice bins top and bottom. The bottom make cool looking craft ice think tennis ball shape. It is quiet QUIET Nothing not to like about this refrigerator it is a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Highly recommended
