Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

I am in love with this range. I love any LG product actually why because they are reliable products. This range look so good it black stainless and the inside of my oven unlike the one I am replacing it with is very roomy. I now have so much space. I can now actually leave the lid on my pans and roaster when I put it in the oven. I am so happy right now. I also bought a LG microwave and refrigerator that I just received yesterday.

We recently purchased this item because my wife was not happy with a different brand that we had that irritated my wife just about every time she used the oven. This item went on sale for Memorial Day so in conjunction with Mothers Day I thought my wife deserved a new oven.
This item is much larger in interior cooking space than our previous 4.8cuft unit. And it is only minimally larger in outside dimensions. My wife likes how fast a pot of water boils now compared to the previous unit how items in the oven cook like they should and weve both enjoyed some items using the air fry mode.
This unit comes with an air fry basket but not the special air fry oven rack that has maybe 6 rungs of the rack removed so the basket sits a little lower and gets a little more air circulation? After reading reviews of said rack we decided not to waste money on it because setting the air fry basket on the normal oven rack does just fine. Those rungs do not block out enough heated air from the fan to warrant buying it IMO. Also some reviewers wrote that the air fry rack does not fit in the bottom drawer.
We are happy with this model so far and my wife is looking forward to cooking some traditional holiday meals in it. We recommend this unit.

We purchased this and even though it took almost 2 months after ordering to receive it was worth the wait. This was part of an overall kitchen remodel and this stove not only works great it really looks great. Some great features that we are still learning the total operation. If I had one negative about this product was where you remove the panel to install the electrical connection the edges are very sharp and I cut my hand and fingers on the metal.

This unit has the look the brains and bakes a pizza like we bought it from Abbeys pizza parlor Its easy to use and even runs off our Wi-Fi. It really sets off her new renovation. My wife loves the glass top as it always looks sleek-easy to clean. Cooking just became more fun

The oven has been great. Heats up quickly and has a lot of settings. Familiar recipes come out better than ever. The stove top heats up more slowly than Im used to for this style of electric range. The one really bad thing that prevents me from giving the product 5 stars is how easy it is to accidentally turn on a burner. If you had little kids in the house this could be a real problem.
