Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

Very unhappy with LG. We received our stove damaged. The trim around the knobs had been screwed in too tight which caused 2 dents on the top of the bent over valve for the back simmer burner. This needs to be repaired and last we knew the face plate trim part has been found.

I have now had the chance to live with this range for about a year. It looks fantastic and the functions and features are spot on. When this was installed I put a StoveGuard on it. Easy to clean after making big messy meals. Temp heat control are spot on. Brings big pots to a boil quickly. We find that it is easy to program and use all the features with out having to get the manual out. Did a ton of canning on it. A bunch of big family meals. The only thing that is difficult to clean are the burner head caps. They appear to be anodized AL so no harsh cleaners and no putting them in the dishwasher. Everything else is a snap. My stove still pretty much looks brand new. I would buy it again.

In November 2022 we purchased this LG Dual-Fuel range for the esthetics and the features and we arent disappointed. The gas burners are so much more efficient than our old gas range and the electric oven bakes beautifully with pies and cookies coming out the way they are supposed to. We love the true convection feature. Weve now fixed a family Thanksgiving dinner and our Christmas dinner and we are happy with the results.
We had a small issue with two of the stove top burners but we contacted LG Support. They guided us to the appropriate department and LG quickly took care of the issue.
My wife loves the appearance and the way it cleans up after small spills using the Easy Clean feature. After baking a large prime rib for Christmas there was quite a bit of splattered grease inside the oven but the self-clean worked like a charm and the inside looks like new again.

My husband surprised me with this incredible anniversary gift as I love to cook and he thought this dual fuel stove electric oven / gas stove top would be perfect. He was right The various gas burners make it easy to control the heat for all pans and the stove top is easy cleanup. Thanksgiving was the test and the convection oven bake and roast features made it much easier to get all of the hot dishes on the table on time. The oven also provides very even baking on all shelf levels. Again easy to do quick cleanup of small spills.

This is by far the nicest range I could find for the $. Having come from a double oven and gas cooktop I felt the need to still have both and this unit fit the bill perfectly. I word of caution though. Refer to the installation section of the manual regarding the acceptable height for the electrical hookup and more importantly the gas line. My gas line was too high and required some frustrating work in order to get the range close to the wall. Other than that everything is fine.

This is the first stainless range I ever bought and the addition to my kitchen is truly an upgrade. It adds a more modern look and allows so much in the way of cooking choices. The range top has so much room for any size pots or pans and the grill is perfect. The oven is large enough for any size turkey and the reference book is handy so I can refer to it for proper usage and cleaning. I am so glad I bought it.

Mistakes in manufacturing happen...but it has been almost a month and it has not been repaired. I have spent over 15 hours trying to get an answer of how long I have to wait to get a working oven. A brand new oven had glass that exploded in my house. No one is in a rush to fix the mistake.
