Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Ive had my counter depth 23 cu ft LG for two weeks now and am very happy with it. In 6 hours it started making small ice cubes and dispenses the purified water quite quickly. The installer even noticed it. The door shelves are roomy enough to hold a a gallon of milk and all the bottles items. The only cons are as mentioned by other reviewers is the drawer pulls are at the bottom of the drawer which requires one to bend quite low to open the bottom drawers. The doors are only 1 3/4 off the floor so watch your feet Overall I would highly recommend this side by side.

Very nice fridge quiet does what refrigerators are supposed to do however the wifi to thin q app does not work even though there is a connect button inside. no indicator of connection no led no connect to ipad or iphone. App shows the fridge that I entered but indicates not assigned. Will not recognize wifi or bluetooth.

I bought this a month ago it is a very nice product. clean and quiet. ice maker works very well compared to the old Frigidaire that I had it is just a head and shoulders product above everything else. I would also like stove exhaust fan and dishwasher to go with it . May be a matching group would really be nice.

I bought this in late June it was delivered in July. I really like it however they dented the freezer door whenn they delivered it. I have been waiting for the new freezer door however cannot get hold of anyone at AE Factory Service after their initial house call 8/11/22.Am not thrilled with LG Home Depot or AE Factory sevice at this time as I have contacted them all several times

After much searching we decided on this counter-depth fridge for its stylish look and the amount of room it had. So far we really enjoy it. After having a french-door style fridge we decided to go back to a side by side. I like that the in-door ice maker is on the freezer side which will hopefully eliminate some of the issues that french-door refrigerators have with in-door ice. We like having freezer space at eye-level too. Our freezer contents are much easier to organize and easily accessible. The fridge has a lot of room too especially for a counter-depth. Im also impressed with the door cooling vents that keep door contents just as cool as the rest of the fridge. We opted for the platinum silver color which matched our other stainless appliances.
