Bought this unit 6 months ago and we had many issues. The refrigerator has a recommended temperature setting of 37. We have it set at that temperature and our food is frozen solid. Had 2 technicians come out and shoot the temperature and both times they said it was working fine. However our food continues to freeze and as you can see we bought a refrigerator thermometer and the temperature in crisper draws is below 30. Customer service stands by their broken product and will not r pair or replace unit. I have spend thousands of dollars on LG products in the pass but this is the last one I will own.

Just purchased this and it works well. Nice style but two freezer drawers hold less than my previous side-by-side freezer/fridge. Also this unit does not have ice crusher/dispenser as my previous unit. I miss that option/feature. My fault for not reading closer. Otherwise nice fridge.

Love the overall lair of this roomy French door fridge. One issue we noticed several months later was the fridge temp was roughly 4-5 degrees higher than the desired temp. Poor performance might have been a lemon. Contacted customer service who took care of the situation.

love this fridge however there was frost building up on one side of the freezer on the drawer slides it was very difficult getting thru to LG then they had me do several checks before telling me now i have to completely defrost the thing for 8 hours what a pain They wont send a service tech until you do everything they recommend. If this doesnt fix it they better send someone out this is wasting my time on a BRAND NEW appliance Obviously they know this is a common issue and should correct this from happening before putting these out for sale.

We bought this about seven weeks ago and have been disappointed. This was our first french door refrigerator and we are having trouble getting used to the shelving arrangement compared our previous side by side but my wife dose like the freezer at the bottom. The most aggravating feature though is the side by doors. We have found that when opening the left door there is a rotating piece that acts as a sealant between the doors and it doesnt reliably rotate back into place upon closing the door leaving a gap between the doors. As a result the refigerated air can leak out. To compensate for this problem we are forced to open the right door before the left door and then must close the left door before the right. This is very aggravating.

Have had this about 2 weeks and it is doing well so far. We had purchased this one as the refrigerator we originally purchased had wider doors and would not open far due to the wall beside it.
I wish the ice maker would make more ice for the bin.
Also refrigerators at this price should really have more of a murphy door hinge so the doors dont have to open any wider than when they are closed.

Not only is this refrigerator large but it has a really functional design. The oversized pockets n the doors can each hold 2 gallon containers plus some and you can actually see everything all the ay to the back of the fridge. Excellent.

This was delivered a few weeks ago and overall I like it. The bottom drawers for the freezer are taking a bit of getting used to since we used to have a side by side. organizing the freezer is a bit of a challange. We have noticed that the milk seems to go sour much more rapidly in this unit. It does seem to warm up rather quickly inside if the door is open long enough for the alarm to ring.

Nice fridge overall but some cons:
1 When you close the door unless you push it shut all the way it doesnt fully close. My previous fridge would soft close with a gentle nudge. Not this one.
2 Bottles on the door shelves would rattle every time you shut the doors because this doesnt close smoothly. I feel like some of the glass bottles are going to break with all the constant opening and closing of the fridge.
3 You cant exactly rearrange the shelves to the height you want. Ideally I would love to move the middle shelf down but you can only move it up.
4 This fridge is listed as 68.5 but I did not take into account the space needed between the bottom of the fridge and the floor. Now I cant open my cabinets on top of the fridge because with that the total height came to around 70. Thankfully we dont use those cabinets

I bought this fridge through Costco and one key feature I wanted was the split tuckin shelf which was shown in the pictures on costco and LG website. However the fridge came without one and I contacted costco concierge service right away on July 2022. They contacted LG and said that part is back ordered and once it comes it will shipped. LG dropped the ball and now on Nov 2022 they are telling me this model does not come with this shelf. For me this was a key feature and I could have been told this message in July or Aug vs end of Nov. Now they are saying if there is a shelf like that you need to buy it because it is not a feature.

We bought this LRMWS2906S from Costco. We did a lot of research on line and looked at LG web site to make sure it had all the features we wanted. When the fridge arrived it had 4 fixed adjustable shelves. Per LGs web site it lists the unit as having 4 split 3 fixed and 1 folding shelves. Spent 1.5 hours on phone with Costco Concierge services to get replacement shelf only to receive completely incorrect shelf. Spent another 2 hours on phone with LG support where they initially could not find any listing for a split folding shelf for this unit EXCEPT in the description listed on the LG web site. Ended up having to discuss issue with an LG manager that supposedly found the correct shelf and is sending it to us. It is impossible to make an informed decision when the information listed on the web site is not accurate and the unit isnt available to look at in Costco. Big drawback of purchasing items on line verses being able to see them in person and know exactly what you are getting Hopefully the correct shelf will arrive in a few days.

I bought this about 45 days ago. The ice didnt taste good until it produced about 4 full bins. The factory default refrigerator temperature of 36 couldnt keep the temperature below 40. I turned the temperature down to 33 and the temperature averaged 39. LG service tech is in the process of diagnosing the temperature control issue.

PROS it is very quiet and has plenty of room for our needs. We love its design and like the water dispenser on the front without the ice maker reason why we chose this model knowing that ice makers models have more trouble on the long run. Would like the internal ice maker make ice faster. I activated the ICE PLUS function that supposes to make ice faster but I did not see the difference compared without it. It takes more than 24 hours to fill out the ice pan that came in it likely 48 hours and this is the reason I did not give it five stars. CONS: None so far I will do another review after six months

We bought this a few months ago because we needed one with more room. Our previous LG was still running after 10 years. We liked it but needed more space. We will miss the ice maker and crusher. We got it on sale at Home Depot. With the holidays approaching we are looking forward to entertaining.

This model satisfied our three basic needs without the extras that we dont need. We wanted an exterior cold water dispenser that isnt bulky easy to clean finish and ample space. We didnt need door-in-door or any video displays.

Like the spacious door storage wish it had a partial lift up glass shelf to allow for taller items in the main fridge. Overall performance is good.

I recently bought this fridge and am very satisfied with the room and lay out of the fridge and the amount of space in the freezer compartment. For this I give it a 5. My main complaint is that the Water dispenser is not user friendly. The dispenser area is not deep enough and the spill catch trough is almost nonexistent. The part that you push against to dispense the water tends to stick also. So unless you use one hand to hold the cup and the other hand to pull back on the plate water gets all over the place.

Love the frig but not the service.
Not my boat with a leak

I bought the frig for the space and size. It has been delivered with a leak in the watering system and no one has come out to fix it or bring a new one. We are going on three weeks and the same excuse that they cant find a service person in northern Michigan. This doesnt bode well on me loving this product. Waiting in Michigan. Anyone have a mop??
