Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

After 30 days heres what weve found.
GOOD: Black Stainless Steel looks great refrigerator section is huge quiet with occasional exceptions temperature in both refrigerator freezer sections is stable ice cubes in the top freezer drawer are easy to get to the Costco delivery/installation team was outstanding.
BAD: Slim Design Water Dispenser does not allow vessels to be put very far under the dispenser takes some trial error freezer section needs to be larger a larger percentage of the total space water fill valve and ice-dump do make some noise ice production is not huge - summers may be a problem water filters every 6 months arent inexpensive.
OVERALL: Recommended

I have had this refrigerator for almost a month and I really like it. It has a lot of space so I dont have a problem with trying to figure out where to put everything. But the downside is where the ice make is located which is in the top drawer and it has stop making ice and when I call to tell them about Yall had had me to troubleshoot it and then you wanted me to take a picture of the on and off button which I had told her that I hadnt even touch it and that where it was locate I wasnt able to take a picture. And I didnt understand why I had to go through all of that because its under warrant. And then customer service had to get approval just to see someone out to service it. So why do you have a year warrant on the refrigerator if you dont want the customer to use it. And I really wish I had gotten the one with the ice maker in the door. And just maybe I wouldnt have this problem.

We are really enjoying our new LG refrigerator. There is so much room inside and it is laid out well. We especially like the huge bins in the refrigerator door where we keep our daily drinks so that we do not loose a lot of the coolness inside. We simply open the door grab the pitcher of juice quickly close the door and enjoy. Also this is an American made product.

I bought this refrigerator in July 2022. It never seemed to cool right and my dairy products kept spoiling within 48 hours of purchase. I bought a thermometer to stick inside and found out that no matter how low I set the temperature on the refrigerator it constantly sat between 41-43 degrees. I had an LG technician come out and work on it for nearly 4 hours they could not determine what the issue was and deemed my refrigerator unrepairable at less than 90 days old. I have been waiting for weeks for a refund from LG so that I can buy another refrigerator this was the only option offered to me and theyre telling me I will have to dispose of this one at my expense.
I loved the size of this refrigerator and really had high hopes for it. Im very disappointed in the quality and will not be purchasing another LG after this.

I bought the LRMWS2906D about three weeks ago. Everything works well. The water dispenser sends a strong flow of water without spillage. Locating the icemaker in the freezer versus the refrigerator section is good design as ice remains well-cubed and doesnt stick together over time. Plenty of space and the unit is sturdily built all-around. The two-drawer freezer allows easier and more organized access compared to a single door freezer.
