Im very disappointed in this refrigerator. I purchased it on 1/10/2023 and it was delivered on 1/28/2023 and had two difference tech to see why it was not dispensing ice. The last tech came out and I need a part he said it would take anywhere from one too three months. I will never purchase another LG Refrigerator.

We purchased this model because it could be delivered to us the next day we didnt want to lose all f our perishable food. It is very roomy compared to our older LG model. Our only complaint so far is that the shelves cannot be adjusted - all but one that is and it makes a very shallow shelf. If we could reposition the shelves it would be perfect. The freezer is large also.

We have had this refrigerator nearly 2 weeks. We let it run at the set temperatures that it arrived on 37 Deg Refrigerator/ -4 deg for the Freezer. The refrigerator temp actually froze our produce and eggs. We are now running at 40 and 0. So it is running fine. We like the dual ice makers and see through window. And the counter depth Max is acturally perfect for my wife and I.

I purchased my Fridge on Dec 27th on February 14th my Fridge completely stopped working. As of today I am still without a refrigerator It has been worse than anything I could have imagined. I was assigned a case number and each time I have called I have been given nothing but the run around and the person my case is assigned to does not even have enough professional to call me but sends a text from a number that you cannot call.
I am so frustrated with the entire process not to mention how much of and inconvenience in addition to the money we have lost from the food that had to be discarded and now because we have no way of keeping food cold or frozen we are forced to eat out daily. This experience has been Terrible

I purchased this refrigerator a week ago as a replacement for a similar-styled LG Refrigerator that had a compressor problem after 5.5 years. Im hopeful that LG has resolved its compressor issues. The style and size are exactly what I wanted and the unit does seem slightly larger than my previous model. The see-through door is not necessary and I would have liked the option not to have this feature. Knocking on the door only gets my dogs barking and really doesnt show anything useful. I also dislike having mismatched doors. So far the refrigerator is working very well. Both ice makers started without a hitch and function smoothly. The unit itself is quiet. Im not a fan of this outside dispenser its not well-lit and at night its not easy to see if my thermos is full. The inside of the refrigerator also is not as well-lit as my previous model.

We bought this fridge from Best Buy a month ago. It was delivered and installed as promised. It works great. We like almost everything about the fridge except for two design issues: if you open the right side facing the fridge first and then the left side the flap that seals between the doors does not retract which means that you have to close the left door first or the flap will interfere with the right side door. Also the bottom draw is full width so one must open both doors to open the draw: There should be two divided draws so that one can open the draw on the same side as the door that is opened.

I had this fridge for a few months now like the design and the ability to have 2 areas for ice. The only issue that i have so far is that my GFCI putlet tripped and turned off my fridge and water started leaking from the water dispenser and had a puddle of water on the floor. It made no sense since the setting was on the ice setting and water just leaked out

I purchased an LG Refrigarort on the 4 January 2023. The appliance was delivered and installed in my place on the same day by the seller. I reviewed the user manual of the refrigerator before starting to use it to familiarize my self with its features. And have been using it since then. The Refrigerator has been performing very well in comparison to my old one. It spacious consumes less electrify and very quiet. The new appliance has very nice features including the ability to connect to the WI-FI and remotely communicate with it to diagnose its functionality and or the has notifications to replace parts such as the air and water filters. So far I am pleased with the refrigerator and satisfied with the purchase. Once I have further development I will update this review.

I am not sure how this can be considered a counterdepth fridge. I bought this to replace a counterdepth fridge I had for 17 years and this one sticks out 4 inches more from the cabinet. I have had trouble maintaining temperature. The refrigerator sticks around 40 degrees no matter the setting. I have had it at 33 degrees and at the recommended 37 degrees and the temperature stays at about 40 degrees. I also have not been able to figure out how to turn both the ice maker off in the freezer and the door. The directions if they are directions are not clear in the manual. If you want to put taller items like a gallon of milk in the refrigerator you are out of luck as the shelves are not adjustable so you are always stuck with the door unless you lay tall items down on the shelves which isnt always practical. Unfortunately I bought this online without having a chance to see the refrigerator in person. If I did I probably would not have bought it and since I am still in the return window I may swap it out for a better refrigerator.

We have a larger LG refrigerator in our lake home. So when we decided to replace the refrigerator in our condo we focused on LG. We bought this model to replace a side by side refrigerator freezer. One feature we liked is the dual ice makers - important for Florida Also important for a warm climate is the ability to see inside without opening the door. For a counter depth unit this has plenty of space. We highly recommend it.

I really love this refrigerator It looks great and fits well in the limited space in my 60 year old kitchen. I love that there is also an icemaker in the freezer along with the one in the door. The counter depth works well for my small kitchen and it has plenty of space. It would be nice if the water/ice dispenser light was a little brighter. I think the model with the exterior drawer for the refrigerator would be nice because the large bottom drawer on this model requires both doors to be opened to pull out the drawer. This unit replaced a 24 yr old refrigerator and the difference is amazing. This refrigerator is so quiet. The ice dropping from the icemaker is the main sound you here. The unit arrived with a small chip on one of the refrigerator drawers but thats not a big deal. I did have a problem with the water filter. After just 2 days the app indicated that the filter needed to be replaced. I called customer service and was told I should buy a new filter. I did this and 2 days later the app indicated that the filter was 50 used. I called and was told to unplug the unit and plug back in and wait to see what happens after a week. After a week it indicated to replace filter again. Customer service said to unplug unit for 2 minute and to remove filter and reinstall before plugging back in. I was told a service technician would call to come out and inspect but I still havent heard from anyone. The next day the firmware for the refrigerator updated and since then the filter seems to be fine but I am still aggravated that I bought a new water filter when it wasnt needed. I am giving a 4 star overall rating because the customer service was not good. The reps were very polite but it took 3 calls and I think it was probably fixed by the firmware update only.

After several calls and updates it is now 18 days later and I still do not have a working ice maker on the door. Just hope this is not a sign of things to come.
