We are still getting used to the machine- there are several things we dont like at the moment 1. the bottom rack- need to add one more stand up row of dividers right in the middle of the rack there are 4 dividers - need a 5th divider can you purchase a 5th divider you can put in yourself? Or can LG provide free of cost 2. what dish cycle to use? auto I thought it is supposed to analyze- then wash depending on what it reads but its always the same time on the cycle- and the cycles are LONG 3. dishes come out wet after the cycles. 4. also louder than I thought it would be 5. delivery was postponed several times.

The dishes get clean but all the dishes have water pools on the top when cycle is complete. I called LG support and they ask for a picture of my control panel but didnt help So instead of buying an LG washer and dryer I bought another brand.

I am not impressed with this machine. The door feels flimsy. The idea that the steam now comes out the top of the machine to cook the countertop and the cabinet is awful. I have had LG come out and look at the machine and it is working within the parameters and working as intended/designed. I dont like the cutlery/silverware basket the old ones design was better and suited for my needs. The dispenser on my old machine had a place for Dish Detergent Booster this one does not. I am not talking about the blue liquid but the booster I think it was marked prewash. The LED assuming LED End stays on till you open the door others may like it I just see it as a waste of energy I dont care it if is LED so low on energy use. I view it as just another annoyance. This one also seems to be louder than my old machine. Looking back I wish I had just gotten the old LG fixed. I stayed brand loyal since the other machine did so well. I will definitely be comparing the next time I need to replace ANY major appliance. Just very disappointed. It does the job. The dishes come out clean but I am not impressed with the design changes.

We have hard water and after rinsing the glasses look clean but when we pour water in them there are lots of soap suds. Have tried various solutions but no luck. doesnt always clean dishes well.Kind of disappointing considering the sales pitch I got. The third rack is ok but not necessary. The handle on the silverware holder gets in the way. Like the cycle options.

I keep the user guide on the counter so I can use a shorter duration cycle. The default cycles are much longer than I prefer. I give it a 5 for cleaning and a 4 for user-friendliness.

In December I bought a brand new LG dishwasher from Lowes. Within the first week of use the top third utensil rack broke and I needed a replacement. Customer service sent me the wrong part two times and it took over a month to replace. Now the inside of my dishwasher caved in and the unit itself is defective. Customer service has hung up on me and is refusing to help. This unit is not even 2 months hold yet and is already not working.

I really thought I wanted the extra top row in my new dishwasher but I think it is the thing I like the least about this model Everything else I love The look of the model is so sleek and it is a nice compliment in our kitchen. The performance is amazing. Our dishes are spotless and there is quite a bit of room for dishes. The top row/tier does not allow for tall glasses to fit in the second rack thus my love-hate relationship with the third row but it is great for laying out flat kitchen utensils for a good cleaning. Overall we are very satisfied with this purchase.

Ive had this dishwasher for about 5 weeks now. There are many settings and I havent tried all of them yet. I started with a turbo wash for a small loud. The dishes were still wet after the cycle. I tried normal wash after that. Same result. I read that using rinse aid would help with drying. It did not. I then tried the extended drying option I forget exactly what its called. After THREE HOURS the dishes were still not completely dry. This machine cost 1000 bucks after installation and haul away of my VERY OLD dishwasher which I already miss.

Functions as youd expect and does the job. My issue is the control panel/ handle. I wish I had thought about it prior to the purchase. If I had I would have gone with a model with an actual hand bar to open the door. I chose this for the clean look and not having a handle that extends away from the door. Problem is the handle is the control panel that is made from plastic and they did not think to support it in this area. Less than one year into owning this unit and the plastic cracked. It was repaired under the warranty but A E factory service was a nightmare to deal with in my experience the technician was good but the company not so much.

This dishwasher is sleek interior is stainless steel. Drawback there is no short cycle. Normal cycle is 2 hours and 51 minutes.
It is a noisy dishwasher so do your dishes before bedtime. This dishwasher washes well. The only thing is that Sometimes the plastic container may still be wet after the cycle is complete.

We got a great deal when we bought this dishwasher three months ago as part of LG stainless steel bundle including a microwave and stove. The dishwasher does a good job of cleaning dishes so far and we are happy with that. The major disappointment is the function buttons are on the control panel door face and are very difficult to find and read especially in the evening. You almost need a flashlight to find them. LG makes a model that has the control panel on the top of the dishwasher door and it may be a better model? Also the finish notification is loud long and very disturbing in the middle of the night.

I have to say I do love all my LG products. My dishwasher a year old is currently broken. Drain pump issue. Luckily it was still under warranty. I think it shouldve lasted longer. LG hires out repair. The technician informed me we will have to pull out the dishwasher because the dishwasher isnt even with the floor.

Its been just over a month and we love it. Big enough to wash everything we need very quiet has always cleaned everything. I especially live the silverware tray with the top holes holding the silverware and still be able to put smaller items inside it so they dont blow around. I dont know what happened maybe they gave me an already returned machine but literally nothing worked right. The buttons were too difficult to push. No matter which cycle I tried the machine kept just turning itself off after running only a couple minutes the soap dispenser didnt dispense the soap and it wouldnt drain. Then within a couple weeks it wouldnt even turn on- it just died. The couple times it did work the dishes came out sparkling but mostly it just didnt work. I had to return it and I purchased another brand. Maybe I just bought a lemon? I have an LG washer/dryer set and those work great. I cannot however recommend their dishwasher because of the above. I did like the 3rd drawer feature really well- so I made sure my new one had that feature also.
