We have had issues since the very first time we ran the machine and the quality is terrible. The finish on the door is flawed and no one cares. Our bottom rack had bent rollers and keeps falling off glides. A replacement was sent but they sent the WRONG one.

Weve had our dishwasher for about 2 months and are very pleased with it. We had a slight problem that we found out that the unit had not been installed properly. We called LG and they came very quickly and adjusted everything. It is extremely quiet and cleans the dishes and other items very well.

I ordered this last 11/1/2022 at Lowes. Delivered Sat 11/12/2022. I personally installed it same day. Guess what it has a slow leak at the outlet port where the outlet hose meets the plastic housing inserted at the machine sealed with an O ring. Did not use it for a while until service personnel came but when they ran the machine it did not leak anymore. Hopefully it stays that way.

I wasnt even considering an LG dishwasher. My first choice was a Bosch. After reading reviews how ten Bosh unit had to be lrft open after the wash cycle allowing air inside the machine to prevent ongoing dampness and that it was required to dry the dishes I started looking elsewhere.We wash plastic containers that warped after washing in other machines. This doesnt happen in the LG if you use the top tier. The reviews compared the washing as equal to the Bosch. I dont have a Boch to compare it to but this machine really cleans. The third upper tray for silver and plastic utensils is a huge bonus.This is hands down a best buy. I hope it lasts longer than my last dishwasher .

makes my life more efficient to finally no longer have to scrub my dishes before i wash them in the dishwasher. this one also has all the features that you could want like the 3rd shelf and an adjustable 2nd shelf these features need to be played up more because i find them so unique and important. i also discovered that some of the tongs can snap down so its super versitle and accomodating for all sorts of different sized dishes. its beautiful and fairly priced i did wait for it to go on sale for all the bells and whistles. its easy to set the different wash cycles and the fact that i can download different wash cycles on the app is pretty cool too. I havent used that feature yet because i havent needed to but auto works just fine for me. also i like how it counts down to when it will be done i didnt know it did that when i was shopping for it. like i said these extra features need to be played up more because those are huge selling points for me.

Still up in the air about this purchase. Way too many choices to wash your dishes than anyone will EVER use - silly amount actually. Dont see the advantage to a stainless steel tub over plastic. But on the EXPRESS wash for 34 minutes it works very well. Why would anyone want to have their dishwasher run for 2 1/2 hours as some of the cycles do?? We are thrilled with the 34 minute cycle why wash any longer

We have owned this LG Dishwasher since 2021 its been a year and we are quite happy with it. The Dishwasher is unbelievably quite. We are able to watch a movie with the machine running as our kitchen and family room are adjacent. The only time we can tell the machine is running when the water drains out to the garbage disposal and out. Great Features night dry works best as my morning the dishes are all dry and ready to be put away. Overall a great product. We bought it directly from LG web site install was super easy the haul away everything was done by LGs 3rd party contractor. Very happy with the product.

I have had my new LG dishwasher for a couple of months and it sure gets the job done. It was not my first choice we needed a black model to match our other appliances and choices were limited due to supply chain issues. By the tree made the purchase we were very frustrated and were sick of having a broken dishwasher at home. Now that time has passed we are very satisfied. The third rack is a huge bonus and the dishes come out nice and clean. As stated in online reviews some items Tupperware dont fully dry but this doesnt bother me. All said we got lucky we ended up with this LG

We moved into a new house in July and found that the dishwasher was on its last leg. I rely a lot on Consumer Reports before making any appliance/electronic purchases and this LG model dishwasher was highly rated. Plus the home had an LG refrigerator which we were impressed with.
The dishwasher was installed 08/12/22 so weve been using for 6 weeks now. Everything about it shouts quality including the stainless-steel bottom. Im very pleased with 3-shelf design and adjustable 2nd shelf the placement of tines and stackability of plates bowls platters etc and the spacious silverware holder. The contents are consistently sparkling clean. I had seen some reviews that others were not happy with the level of drying but Ive not had a problem. Yes there is still some wetness on items with recessed areas where water can pool but I would never expect such to be bone dry with any dishwasher. Note that Ive followed the manufacturers guide and manual to use a drying agent plus usually select high temp and extra dry on the control panel. The manual also suggests running the sink water till its hot before you begin a wash cycle which aids in drying.
The normal cycle takes a little over 3 hours but I typically run at night so its a non-issue havent yet tried any other cycle options.
I also saw comments about the bottom tray sometimes coming off the track but learned that loading back to front logical right? plus simply placing my hands in the middle of the rack to push in rather than leaning over from the sink and pushing from the side pretty much solved that.
Lastly I saved on the cost by going with the black model rather than stainless steel finish like the fridge. Design-wise it looks really great though not far from my black/SS oven sorry not good about attaching photos.
All being said Id rate this purchase as a truly exceptional value

Had this dish washer for a few weeks. It is very quiet and cleans well. Only problem we saw was that it does not dry thoroughly. I think this may be due to the new dishwashers do not have heating elements. I have to crack the door open after each use so all the moister will leave the inside.

I love the 3rd rack Ive always put long tools on the top rack of the dishwasher so with this 3rd rack it gives me extra space Cleans perfectly Easy installation I was able to install the dishwasher myself Rated at a 4 because of the fact that I cant put taller cups on the 2nd rack due to the space for the 3rd rack. And the bottom rack seems to not hold as much as my previous dishwasher. Usually Im able to put my frying pan in the bottom rack to be washed but due to the size of this dishwasher I have to really maneuver items around to get it to fit properly. Ive mainly been just washing the pots and pans due to size. Also the run time of the dishwasher is approx 2 hours+ and this is much longer than I anticipated.

Installation was very easy and I especially liked the leveling mechanism.
This dishwasher is VERY quiet which works well in an open concept house- otherwise there would be noise everywhere.
There are enough wash cycles to choose from for almost all cleaning needs.
Compared to other Brands this model offered us the right mix of good looks nice mix of features quiet operation and price.

I love the little third rack. The long spoons and other long utensils go there. This frees up the other racks for pots skillets dishes glasses. And the silverware rack is awesome. The washer cleans and drys excellently. We are very satisfied

This machine is quiet and gets the dishes cleaner than any dishwasher I have ever had. Stains on white cups that required pre-scrubbing before come out clean with no extra care. Love the top rack. Controls are a little hard to see and are easy to bump into which turns the power on. But a bell tells you that happened. Wash time is really long but no big deal.

Ive been using my new dishwasher for about 2 months. Following every normal cycle theres heavy condensation on the door. I read others posts that indicate this is a common problem. The only solution is to run the Extra Dry cycle each time. So additional expense on my electricity bill. It does work however. Two of the fold down dividers keep falling on their own causing my plates to come crashing down against one another and of course not getting clean. Lastly I hate the front control panel. Its extremely sensitive so when Im working at my sink the slightest touch engages the power button and tries to start a cycle. Wish Id bought a dishwasher with top control panel

Our old dishwasher went out so we headed to Lowes and made the decision to go with the LG. Didnt read the reviews until after we had purchased and installed the unit that it does NOT dry the dishes Tried all the suggestions added Jet Dry open the door immediately when the cycle ends use the highest temp wash cycle and nothing really helps much. We know have to hand dry all the cups and glasses before we put them away. I guess it cleans well but the cycle we have to use to get the dishes even semi-dry takes a little over 3 HOURS Not worth the hassle...

I have used it 3 times so far normal cycle energy saver option. The cycle runs for 2 hrs 50 min and I just set it and forget it usually overnight but without ennabling night dry. It does its job didnt remove some burned-on food from one pot but thats to be expected on a normal cycle and when I empty it in the morning the dishes are dry contrary to the complaints of a few owners. It is extremely quiet.

My only complaint is that delivery time was almost 2 weeks for an item that was in stock.
The dishwasher was easy to install and is very quiet .I was looking for a quiet machine. You really hace to stand next to it and listen to be sure it is running. My wife oves how well it cleans everything. I hope I can say that in 15 years.

Right off the bat we had a problem with the 3rd rack not sliding in and out smoothly. Had to deal with online repair request and finally able to get a repairman to fix the problem. Sprayer apparatus on top of machine had fallen down slightly and was blocking the ability of the rack to slide in and out smoothly. Now weve noticed that there is a motor or something still running in the door hours after a wash cycle has run. Need to call LG again and find out what this issue is.

Replaced my 21 year old miele dishwasher with the LG. Because I could not get a new miele for 18 months I decided to try a different make. So glad I did. The LG was 1/3 the price and washes as well as my miele did when it was new.

Ive had my new dishwasher about 3 weeks now and am loving it It cleans the dishes so well The multiple shelves are a must I use the ver top one for silverware and it cleans them like no other. The adjustable 2nd rack is a game changer I normally have to put tall cups on the very bottom shelf but with the adjustable 2nd shelf I no longer have to do this A++++

I bought this dishwasher to replace my old LG dishwasher Not sure how old because it was in the house when I bought it. I really liked my old one so I decided to go with LG again.
I like a lot of the features on this dishwasher but my favorite so far is the night dry feature that allows some of the moisture to vent during the night so that your dishes actually dry overnight with the door closed. You will still have some moisture on the tops of cups and a little in the creases of plastic lids but it is a lot better than I have seen in other dishwashers.
The third rack is okay. It is really only useful for flat items. I only have one spatula that will fit all of the others need to go on the middle rack. There are other dishwashers that have deeper third racks but then you are losing middle rack space. For large knives it is great. I have tried plastic lids up there as well but since they have to lie flat they dont dry at all on the third rack.
The TagOn app feature is a gimmick. I think if I understood the use case of the additional cycles it would be better but their descriptions are lacking. I think for most people the standard cycles will work.
Overall though I dont think you can go wrong with this dishwasher. It does clean the dishes well and with the night dry feature the dishes dry well too.
