Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.
Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

Knobs dont light up

I had another LG model same as this one but with a different center burner. In that one the knobs had an LED light that would light up when the knob is turned on. This model arrived and the knobs dont light up even though they look similar and have a transparent strip that would light up in the previous cooktop. We called LG and were told they should light up. I asked for a replacement and the replacement also has the same issue. I asked LG on Twitter and they state the knobs should light up.
Either there is a defective batch of these cooktops or the feature has been removed without any communication.
The gas part of the stove works fine.

I have had this cooktop for 3 weeks and have tried multiple recipes with it. It lights easily adjusts fully for a range of temperatures. The recessed feature helped with a small boil over. The cooktop is easy to keep clean .

This cooktop has be great with easy to use controls and is super easy to clean as well. The design makes it so you can use multiple pans of different sizes all at the same time. I do wish that there was at least one more of the larger burners though. All in all great product.

I previously had an electric stove and like the gas much better. This cooktop was a disappointment especially for the price. It was advertised that the knobs had LED lighting when turned on but do not. The superboil does not boil water any faster than other cooktops I have had. The worst thing is that the grates do not fit properly and so when I am stirring in a pan they rattle and its annoying. Sort of like when a table has one leg shorter than the others and becomes unstable on the surface when weight is placed upon it. The cooktop is attractive if you keep up with the cleaning. I have received many compliments.

My contractor must have dropped something on the cooktop when installing the hood and a piece of the grid on the grille assembly broke off before I even used it. Customer service was helpful and replaced it at no charge as its still under warranty. The second one had a crack in one of the grids when it came out of the box so Customer Service was again very helpful and replaced it at no charge. Great customer service but 2 brand new broken grids? What happens after the one year warranty is up? Its also hard to get stains off the burners.
