I bought my dryer two months ago and it would go off during drying. Called Geek Squad and fix was to turn off energy saver really? Dryer started to work better BUT PANEL LIGHT AND INSIDE LIGHT HAS GONE ON RANDOMLY SINCE I BOUGHT IT. I have at least 20 pics of different days and times. GEEK said to call LG since they have a one year mfg warranty and after several calls to them they continue to refuse to send an LG man to see the problem. Today GEEk is now coming to replace sensor and see if that works. Saving grace is that dryer works well. TERRIBLE LG CUSTOMER SERVICE. Im told this is made by Sears too bad they didnt take the Sears customer service training course. LG anybody listening?

I bought the washer and dryer. I connected the washer to Wi-Fi without a problem. I couldnt the dryer. I called and they asked why I didnt go back to the seller. I told them that we needed to hike up to propane. We hired a guy to do it because we didnt want to mess with it. He said that we would trouble shoot. He stated to go through the connection procedure and asked me about our Wi-Fi. I said I connected the washer. He then proceeded to say he couldnt help and they would charge me to send someone out. We just bought it two weeks ago. What a racket

Overall I really like this dryer Pros: the size is great It can fit a large load without any problems. Drys well especially if you use very dry or higher. Cons: The time dry button is a little touchy and you have to press the button a few times for it to react. A repair man came out and it got slightly better not perfect. I wish it would save my preferences from the last time I used a setting. For example every time I select normal I need to change the level of dryness from normal to very dry. Also area for the dryer vent is bulky. We did switch out the hose for a different type to take up less space.

I researched for best overall performance. And it can handle a big load. Rather than it senses when clothes are dry you chose the time. This is another step in starting the process. It has an easy to use cleaning filter that I really like. There are lots of featers that I have not yet used but probably will enjoy having them.

I am so impressed with this gas dryer. We knew our old dryer needed to be replaced but WOW what a game changer. This is the perfect dryer for families with an active lifestyle. What a disappointment I have an LG washer that has performed well and expected the same for this dryer. It does not dry well. After an hour cuffs and collars will not be dry. All loads take more time than my previous dryer sometimes as long as 2 hours. It has been a big waste of energy.

We purchased this washer and dryer a couple months ago based on ratings on Consumer Reports. My experience with this washer is disappointing. Im short and have to stand on one tip toe to get the cloths out of the tub. But most concerning is the water not draining out of the soap dispenser by the end of the cycle. I ask LG if this should be happening and they said no but didnt offer any solution. Dryer--clothes are not dry at the end of the cycle I have to keep adding time.

I bought LG Dryer a month ago. Love the glass window to see the inside. I love the door you can open from either top or side. I love the ease of getting it setup. I wish drying the clothes for over 1h should be sufficient to make them dry.

Found just what I wanted in a dryer. Consumer reports recommended this LG dryer and I had to search for it. I love that the door opens both from the top and from the side. I do wish the end signal was louder. Ive never had a dryer with a window before. Panel is easy to figure out. Some heavier items needed more time but glad the lighter items werent over dried. I paid for installation and haul away and it was done very professionally.

We had this dryer for a few months now and we are really enjoying the machine. It was such a welcomed upgrade over our last dryer. The different settings make it really easy to tailor your drying needs and have the clothes come out fresh without any damage. The app is great too since the unit is in the basement and I cant hear the music chime when the cycle is done now I get a notification on my phone as soon as everything is done. I can even restart the cycle from the app too Overall it is a great unit and I can highly recommend it.

My title says it all. JUST AMAZING. Was in need for a new gas dryer because my old one was making some noise and was getting louder every drying cycle. Ended up with the L G matching washer and dryer and couldnt be no happier. These machines nowadays are quieter more efficient self balancing and even Wi-fi enabled. As the saying goes Happy wife Happy life. Besides all the different settings its also a simple design to use. Just turn the knob and hit start. Drys the clothes in a timely matter every time. I have no regrets of my purchase. I LOVE IT

I purchased this dryer to accompany my new LG Washer. I was taken back by the number of features on this dryer... the thing that caught my eye was the ability of the door to open from the left right or top down. As I have a small laundry this feature is very handy. It has eight yes eight drying options - even the ability to control / receive updates on the machine to / from my computer As I hate ironing clothes - I love the wrinkle free option...and the bedding option is nice for blankets and down comforters... very happy wit this product
