Damaged Shipments

Inspect your appliance at delivery

Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.

Defective Merchandise

Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.

As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.

We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.

Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Call within 24 hours if product doesn't meet your needs

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.

In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

Quit working after 5 months

Bought this in December- already broken. Started a small fire in the wires that connect the cord to inside of machine. Havent had a usable dryer for a month. LG is coming out May 22 to hopefully fix it.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very happy with it with the exception of the chrome handle which is awful with the fingerprints They need to make this a smudge resistant appliance. I am also short so I cant reach the bottom of the tub. Had to buy a grabber tool to use.

This machine replaces the 20-year-old machine I had which still worked but did not have this much capacity. I found it very easy to install and with the large capacity the unit is hard to beat. I was able to dry a king size comforter with ease. Great machine and I hope it is still running20 years from now.

The steam features alone are worth it as weve all been there where you forget you have a load in the dryer - the quick steam cycles make it very easy and convenient to freshen up. Decent Dryer

I have owned this for two months now and its a decent dryer. I wish the front door would lay all the way flat instead of at a 45 degree angle though the ability to open the door sideways is nice too. The drying feature of the machine seems to not quite dry my clothes as well as Id like so I end up having to run it several times to get the dryness I like. Ill have to work with the settings a bit more to tailor it. Fortunately it doesnt over dry or cook my clothes which is good.

I had a Maytag dryer that wasnt working anymore so I went to Brandsmart and ended up getting a Samsung set. It didnt even dry the clothes as well as the broken Maytag that I had to get rid of. This unit is great. The door opens well it drys the clothes with the 1st attempt and makes life easy.

The dyer works just fine but the top dented in just by me leaning on it and i am only 160 lbs. you would think that the top would be a little more sturdy than that

What more can I say this dryer is worth the money makes the finished results better and when you have to take wrinkles out it does the job 100. LG is top notch and wish we would of bought them in the first place.

The only reason I didnt give the drier a five was when using the sensor to dry I would have to finish with a time dry setting. I have never used any fabric softener or dryer sheets that would coat the sensor. Dont use all the features for that reason. The steam setting is nice.

This dryer has a lot of nice features and drys clothes well. The first unit I got rattled a bit. The seller was able to replace the unit luckily. The second unit is much quieter and working well.

With all the bells and whistles on this machine I would normally give it 5 stars. In fact it borders on having too many variables and choices. Im sure some people prefer that. I like simple and functional. Whats missing in this good looking machine is the underneath quality such as having a top that does not scratch when you look at it or dents if you put your hand on it as mine did. In defense of LG after 7 phone calls and 3 hours on the phone they did agree to replacing the top. Much of it had to do with the knowledge or lack thereof of the person I got on the phone. The creative ones managed to get it done and thats what counts in the end. Bottom line the metal bit should be harder underneath the top and thicker in general and much more scratch resistant for a machine that costs this much.

Ive owned LG products for a long time when it comes to household appliances LG is almost impossible to beat Had LG washer dryer previous to this but decided to upgrade glad I did My old LG set worked great but they were older technology. This thing drys super quick love the app control and they are quiet. Never had a single issue with any of my LG products From my microwave washer dryer fridge multiple tvs and others LG always seems to amaze

Dont waste your money

I purchased this unit about 6 months ago and two months into owning it it stop drying. Service tech fixed a broken igniter. Fast forward last week same issue and smelling gas. Service tech came by today and said per LG Tech it was my vent tubing and i needed a more ridge material. OK purchase all new stuff just now and guess what still is not working so this is the third time calling for this unit. Besides waiting forever on hold to call to a rep and being scheduled a week out i will never buy another LG product. I am told dissatisfied with all levels of service and with todays COVID and having youngs and trying to keep cloths and bedding germ free we cant and have been majorly inconvenienced.
