Customer Service was a nightmare

I started having issues with my dryer 11 months after owning it. It would take 3 hours just to dry one load. To make a long story short customer service was beyond horrible. They asked me do so many things and I did everything and nothing was working. They had me hire a vent cleaning company and told me they would pay for it which they refused to later. They were so hesitant to send me a technicianeven though Im within the one year warranty. I had to fight tooth and nail to get one. What a nighmare Never buying LG products again.

Terrible dryer

If I could give this a negative number I would. After 2 cycles - it completely stopped working and would no longer turn on. Contacted where it was purchased from who referred to LG. That has been a nightmare alone with having 5 different appointments set up and them all being a no show for who they contract out to. If I can even get this resolved I will never buy another LG dryer ever again.

Fabulous dryer Just two small nits

The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just havent used that yet. Two small issues - 1 our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. 2 the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but its a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this

I recently purchased the LG DLEX6500B and I must say Im thoroughly impressed. The combination of mega capacity smart features and built-in intelligence truly sets this washer apart. The installation provided by LG was hassle-free but I believe that the parts shipped during installation should be sturdier such as stainless steel pipes. Additionally it would be great if there was a feature to dry the moisture in the washer after the wash. The TurboWash feature has significantly reduced my laundry time without compromising on cleanliness. The AI technology adapts the wash motion to fabric type resulting in a thorough yet gentle wash for all kinds of garments. The smart capabilities have made laundry day much more convenient and the energy efficiency is a welcome bonus. Overall Im delighted with the performance and innovation that this LG washer brings to the table. It has truly elevated my laundry experience.

After a couple of months of research I chose this LG dryer with the front load washer as a set from Costco. I also got the storage pedestals. Its only been a little over two weeks and I already love the set. I love that it sensors the loads and sets the time heat accordingly. I havent figured out about the steam yet but I will. This dryer has been great and Im so happy with my purchase.

Absolutely horrible customer service For junk drye

By far the worst experience with any product Ive ever had. We purchased it from Lowes along with the matching washer and it was delivered in Oct. 2023. The dryer did not work on day one giving us an error code that it was 95 blocked. We have a new build and the ducts were double checked there is no block. After finally getting a repairman sent in Jan 2024 we thought it was fixed since he said there was a bad sensor that same night we attempted to use the dryer and it gave the same error code. We called the repairman back and he took another week to respond. Finally telling us that we had to contact LG. It is now the middle of February and the repairman has not been out and it still is not working. We contacted Lowes and there is nothing they can do since the first year of the warranty is through LG. The customer service has been one of the worst experiences of my life. You will have to have the repair people come out three times before they will replace the unit. At this point weve talked to Lowes and they are willing to replace it if its not fixed the second time since we have been with our. A dryer for 5 months now. This is our first and last LG purchase

Never ending error code

The dryer that was installed has had an error code of 80 duct blockage. Ive changed the line going to the wall 3 times had the ducts cleaned and even reset the machine as that could be an issue. We keep getting the error code. Machine is bad and i will be returning it for one not defective. During the week we had a helpful technician from America. Weekend you get these call center people that struggle understanding anything.
