I bought this 3 weeks ago. I am very pleased that I bought this model over other brands. The snack drawer feature helps keep down the opening and closing of the larger section. Items used several times a day are kept there and it is very convenient. I also like the freezer design. I had a similar sized fridge before; however, this freezer has more room and I real appreciate the sliding drawer at the top.

This frig had a bad fan which was very noisy, the company complied with the problem, however it took a month for the part to come in, was not pleased with the length of time. The recommended temp for frig is factory set at 38 degrees, however it freezes milk set in the middle of the frig, WHY!! Hopefully it will not have any more issues.

I have had this unit for just a few weeks, and seems to be quite nice. The lighting and space ae on point. The ice maker and water dispense is especially enjoyed by the family. The only issue we have had so far is the produce drawer likes to freeze some things. I have turned the temp up a degree or 2 past recommended setting to see if that helps. I do wish that this appliance didn't come with extra screws laying throughout the unit that I had to fish out. At the price I paid, you think the thing would've been inspected. So far the fridge has been good. Aside from the price, I don't have any actual complaints that I would dwell on. I would recommend this product, but not at the price, feel a little ripped.

Bought it a couple of weeks ago and I'm not crazy about the door shelves. The ones on the left are to small to fit anything in them. It would also be nice if the right ones came in different height sizes or sat on different levels. There is also no butter dish. Other than that it is a huge fridge and I love the pull-out drawer! And the spacious freezer.

I love the middle drawer on the refrigerator, keeps kids snacks handy for them, but other than that I don't love it as much as tought I would, the doors get dirty from fingerprints very easily and the light on the freezer stopped working very quickly, bought a new light bulb and it didn't work, I wouldn't recommend it.

I Purchased this refrigerator approximately two weeks ago from Home Depot it was delivered and out the door in a thorough check of the outside and inside I was very amazed at how large it was inside it replaced my 21 year old Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator which was very good if I had one in my home more than likely I would've kept that refrigerator never had a problem with it but I have noticed that this new one holds a great deal more of items then the side-by-side and is very versatile I like the LED lights in the inside and now have had time to figure out the control panel for all the different features that this new one can do the one thing I wish whirlpool could do is give The extra water filter since this refrigerator comes standard with the one-year warranty why not give to water filters to complete the whole year for a customer I've stayed off only giving them six months of filter water use it would be nice also I agree with some of the reviews I have read that whirlpool need to do a better job on the left side inside compartment I don't know what you can put in that narrow space overall very pleased with this refrigerator is very quiet and I have had no problems with it and I hope it lasts as long as my old side by side

I really love the side-by-side and pull-out refrigerator drawer. The drawer is perfect for snacks and quick grab items. And I love that it has dividers to keep everything organized. The freezer is slightly small, but we have a deep freeze so its not that big of an issue for us. The biggest negative is the ice maker capacity is very small. I can't fill my 2 sons' water bottles in the morning and have ice left for a glass of water.

It's brand new but so far it's good. The water measuring is totally inaccurate. It's on a timer instead of actually measuring the water, totally depends on the water pressure which makes it pretty much useless. Other wise it works fine.

We bought this 2 months ago. We love the drawer between the freezer and refrigerator. In fact we love all but the ice maker. My husband needs to "shake" the ice maker drawer several times every day and still we don't get but a few glasses of ice from it. We have lowered the temperature in the refrigerator and freezer as suggested in the instructions. It must be a design flaw that the ice bowl doesn't fill up properly. We know several other people that have the same refrigerator and experience the same problem.

Great fridge! The drawer is so neat to put extra stuff in with easy access. It does make the door shelves not as tall so some condiment bottles don't fit. The fridge is deep so still lots of room. The freezer is very spacious too. Wish the stainless black was more black. Also the water filter makes THEE best tasting water I've ever had
