Damaged Shipments
Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise
Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly
Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

This was already in our brand new home and I was excited about a new dishwasher, but it's been awful since day one. It's never cleaned our dishes. I've tested leaving just ONE item in there and no luck. We've tried different soaps, settings and even ran it empty thinking there was a clog, but still failing each time. This is a total joke! I've tried calling, but wait time was super long, I've tried looking up my registration, but the system can't find me. I seriously can't get anywhere with this busted dishwasher.

Only have had for over a week. But so far cleans the dishes well. But has not dried the dishes that well. Fair amount of water still on the dishes after the full cycle has been ran. Not a terrible issue though. Does ok and what it's supposed to.

I LOVE this dishwasher!!! My last one was loud, but this one is so quiet that I sometimes come in to double check to see if it's running. I'm also very pleased with its cleaning capability although I've always been an avid 'rinser'. I bought a Whirlpool frig at the same time I bought this and I've noticed that my water bill went down $10 a month which is a bonus. I have seen a few bad reviews regarding it's size and maybe it's a tad smaller than my last one, but overall; I haven't had any issues fitting the 'usual' items in and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love the look of this dishwasher, and the cycles are so quiet we often have to check if it is actually running!
The only downside I've found so far is that if I don't unload it while the dishes are still hot, they condense & I need to dry them by hand. I am still working on the settings to work out how to get around this

This is the worst dishwasher I've ever had. One positive thing is that it cleans well. However, for a family of 4 it will NOT hold the dishes from dinner. Cutting boards, frying pans, anything taller than a dinner plate will not fit-it hits the water arm on the bottom of the top rack. There are too many spikes to hold dishes preventing juice glasses from sitting both between and over them. The racks are ridiculously small, and the utensil container does not hold anything other than silverware-no spatulas, wooden spoons, etc. the "perk" they say if the utensil caddy is you can move it around... but it's uselessly small. I load this dishwasher after dinner and cannot fill it because most things don't fit and have to run it half full AND hand wash a load. DO NOT PURCHASE if you are a family larger than 2 or if you cook.
