Damaged Shipments

Inspect your appliance at delivery

Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.

Defective Merchandise

Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.

As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.

We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.

Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

Call within 24 hours if product doesn't meet your needs

If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.

In event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service. All returns/refusals are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. Hardworking Dryer w/ nice features & sleek looks

Bought this gas dryer as part of a Maytag set about 6 weeks ago. Thus far, every feature we've tried has worked well. I especially appreciate the steam feature which allows us to fluff clothes that we'd otherwise have to lightly iron. Additionally, I like the entire lint trap set up. The rigid plastic lint screen seems more durable than the wriggly one like our old dryer had. Plus, if you drop something, you probably will not lose it down in the lint trap area because the "gate" closes as the lint screen is removed. No more keys, marbles, and screws falling victim to the "lint abyss". The dryer is very quiet. Plus, from our local gas company, we received a nice $$$ rebate.

Stay away!

Got this dryer today. Smoky smell when it first started. Ten minutes into the first load it stopped working and I got the F3/E3 error. Turned it off, then tried again. Stopped 20 minutes later with same error. Tried several more times. Same thing. Dryer is way, way too hot. Stay far, far away. I'm calling my credit card company to cancel the charge. (And by the way, the matching washing machine works fine but sounds like a freight train.)

Very Disappointing!!

I purchased this dryer about 2 months ago and have had nothing but problems. I would absolutely not recommend this dryer model to anyone. We actually have a repairman coming tomorrow, this is after already completely replacing the machine. There is clearly a problem with this model. When I put my clothes in, it only runs for a few minutes and it shuts down giving an F3/E3 error code. I constantly have to keep restarting the dryer to get my laundry to dry. This has been a problem with both dryers!! The design is very modern and it has lots of features, though the usability is TERRIBLE!!! I am completely dissatisfied with this purchase. I strongly urge you to buy a different model.

Dryer failed within the first two weeks.

After two weeks the dryer would not start. Very disappointed in Maytag. This is their top of the line home dryer. If you want people to buy your product then you need to make a quality product. Thanks to a great dealer they swapped out the dryer for a new one. New replacement so far is working and we do like the features. This is the second Maytag product that has prematurely failed. I want to buy American but Maytag may not be a good choice.
