Have had it a couple of week and so far so good, I did have to call the parts group and get a missing screw for the door hinge. It's a little taller than our last stackable dryer and the controls are a little had to see if you are shorter, a little stool made it better, these are the reason why I rated quality and features a little lower

Bought the Dryer brand new from Taylor Morrison home builders. The Dryer was never even able to turn on. Whoever assembled this never even tested it at the factory. Quality control never even powered it on. The delivery company never tested it as well. I would not recommend GE products in the future due to the lack of poor quality control. Going on two weeks and still no fix.

This is the fanciest dryer I have ever had! I adore the steam cycle, I am always forgetting to unload the dryer, on time. My clothes get all wrinkled and I hate wrinkles and I do not like to iron! Absolutely love the size. Fits larger loads or medium sized blankets and actually dries thoroughly. It's also very quiet. Sometimes I forget I'm doing laundry until the machine beeps when the load is done. There are also preset settings so you don't have to adjust heat or time when drying different types of loads. In the case that the load doesn't finish drying in the set time, the sensors kick in and extend the time so clothing dries thoroughly.

Great features, large enough and efficiently dries. It is gas and it is energy cost saver. I like all the features. Easy to operate preset options and also to customize. The washer link is a great feature. The cycle end notifications save me trips into my garage where my laundry is located. It is very stable on the garage concrete floor. It makes very low noises. Since day one, we have had a very noisy dryer. It sounds like a car driving with a flat tire. we called and had the service tech come out, ackinoweledge that is was loud and it might be something looose. he took the dryer apart, and he said he could see anything out of the norm. Fast forward 2 more months-the noise is louder and now the dryer setting will say 45 minutes and i get an alert it will finish 5 minutes after it has started. It shuts off after 10 minutes and leaves my clothes all damp. I have to repeat this, for 3 cycles to get my clothes dry. Very disappointed and getting nowhere with anyone.

This dryer has so many features and is so large it's difficult to find a place to start but I think the Washer Link is probably the best place to start as it makes drying an extension of washing by linking to the washer and setting the drying mode to match whatever wash mode was chosen. This dryer is huge inside so I am glad GE also added lights to illuminate the inside. I liked the feature of the multiple venting routes from the rear, sides, or bottom, however, the engineering of this feature and subsequent vent kit I don't feel was fully baked. The primary issue I have is the vent kit comes with a bracket that attaches to the base of the dryer with only an adhesive to hold the vent duct. This obviously didn't last but a moment so I had to improvise with some foil tape to reinforce it. Upon installing it was making a knocking noise as the drum turned but after running a load of laundry it stopped so I suspect it just needed a short break-in period on one or more of the rollers. The smart features are not as extensive but I like the notifications of almost done, done, and done for 30 minutes. It also allows for an extended tumble from the app if you can't get to the dryer in that time period. I am overall very happy with this dryer and look forward to many years of trouble-free operation.

Very happy with my new gas dryer. It dries so fast and is so quiet! I love the improved lint filter. The softer plastic and mesh is so easy to remove and clean.
