As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

This dryer has a lot going for it. Some modes restrict the ability to choose some settings like low heat or less dry, but overall, I like this dryer. The ability to see what is going on using the app is a great bonus, and the anti wrinkle mode makes it very easy to keep clothes hanger and wear ready.

This is a replacement for a previous GE Profile that was damaged by a lightning strike. This unit is a perfect match for the washer (color and size) and has all the features the family needs (wants). It makes a slight buzzing sound when the gas valve is open, but is barely noticeable. A great choice.

Purchased my new dryer and was so excited to try out it's new features. Received the dryer and ONLY 10 days later a motor went out!! 10 DAYS! I had only gotten to use it a couple of times. We got the motor replaced a few days ago and so far it's running fine. But not only was this disappointing, but incredibly inconvenient. I hope this was not foresight of what's to come.

I needed a dryer that could vent to the left, and this dryer claims it is capable of this. Well, it is not. There is a wiring harness directly in the path of the left vent. Been getting the run around with GE while my brand new washer and dryer sit in the garage for months. They say its not their problem, and want me to pay $200 for a technician to come out. I will never buy GE appliances again, they no longer stand behind their products.

Dries clothes first attempt so much faster and more efficient than my last dryer. Sheets don't clump up as much either. Wifi connect reminders are helpful and good for when you have electricity rates that vary by hour so you can set it to start once the electricity rate is cheaper.

I needed a new dryer and this one checked all the boxes. It has everything I was looking for and more. The only issue is the lint filter. It's a bit awkward and some lint gets by it but not horrible and I would still recommend it!
