As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Horrible dryer. It hasn't properly dried a load of clothes yet. Straight our of the box and it blows cold air. No matter how few pieces are inside the drum, the clothes are always damp. As much as it cost, one would think it could perform in the capacity of drying a normal load of clothes or towels. Every load since we've had it has been triple spun to get completely dry. I would not buy this model again.

I love it! It has all the bells and whistles of all manufacturers with a quiet response. The touch controls are sensitive, but not too sensitive. Anti-static and steam features that can't be replaced. Super quick drying. Even allergy/sanitizing features. Too much to list. Excellent!

Does mostly everything I wanted. So far I haven't gotten it to start or stop through Alexa, it will only tell me when it's finished. I don't really like the lint catch either, but that's personal preference. Capacity is great, clothes come out fresh & soft. I haven't fully used the steam function yet but it seams to really dampen the material, definitely good if you don't want to iron, Although ironing may be a quicker choice!
Overall I love it, so much better than the 30 year old that I replaced. Will this last 30 years? probably not! But for now it's great!

Lint from the clothes not getting all in in the lint trapper. They are on top of the trapper and some on the clothes. Clothes are drying well. I called the customer service and they will send new one. I have not experienced any of this but glad they will address the issue.

Love the performance, size, features & of course the color of our new set with peds however these items do not work well with our internet connection in this area. After downloading the app, the info on app & machine did not communicate well. Washer continued to run extended times, didn't not complete spin cycle. The dryer has increased the time I had set it for. After turning off & logging out of the app, both washer & dryer were just fine.

I love my new dryer! I haven't tried ALL the options yet, but those I have used are amazing. When the timer says 25 minutes, it's 25 minutes. No need to dry again. It also dried my king size quilted coverlet. No complaints.

I love this dryer, it only take about 25 minutes to dry a normal load. The wrinkle free setting is nice too. I am super happy with this purchase after a lot of research with other brands and models. The mobile and Wi-Fi feature is also cool. I don't think I'll need another dryer again.

This dryer is excellent at drying and de wrinkles loads that have been sitting in a basket With the de wrinkle and refresh settings. My only gripe is that long hairs ball up on top of the filter sometimes instead of going into the filter. Other than that all the steam features and reduce static button work perfectly and the ecodry setting is also nice if you aren't in a hurry to dry your clothes and want to save on your electric bill or gas bill.
