Picked this model for the bottom freezer option because I really wanted to have all my refrigerated items at eye level. Am really loving it. Am also really happy with the grey/pewter finish rather than stainless steel. Not in love with, but feeling ok about the pull out freezer storage. It's functional, but doesn't store as much as the regular door-type freezer - shape of the baskets and elimination of door shelving seems to be the issue. Last unit was at least 20 years old and still running like a champ, hoping this one manages the same.

With all of the recent advancements in technology in the last few decades, I cannot believe that the regular, pulsing tone generated by this refrigerator's motor is 'normal' or even 'necessary', but that's what the manual says under the Troubleshooting guide. I swear if it hadn't cost so much, I'd pitch it and buy the brand I used to have At least I know they are quiet. Also, it feels very flimsy on the inside.

There is no humidity control wich increases food spoilage. There is wasted space. The door sagged on our first one which GE sent a replacement very quickly. The new one upon arrival was an 8th of an inch off but when you put items in the door it increases to 1 inch. We were told by someone who repairs appliances that they can cause damage to the seal.

I like the color. The top shelf has lots of weight on it with water bottles, bottle beer, soda bottles and cans. This weight causes the shelf to bow down. The shelf should have support along the back wall. The frig runs often. The motor has a harmonic pulsating sound rather than a steady one level. Lastly I like the location of the freezer on the bottom. I would have preferred a swing out door that is light and it gives the freezer more space.

This is a great fridge. I did read other reviews about noise. I hear a noise but it's not loud and only for a few seconds it's just cycling. I love the slate color looks so nice in our kitchen. So happy with this fridge the top fridge is the best!

The size is excellent. Very bright interior lights that dim too. Having the upper fridge and lower freezer is an excellent arrangement. It does make a lot more noise than our old fridge and not just the ice maker.

Love my new refrigerator/freezer. No problems or issues at this time after a month usage. It's been years since I bought a refrigerator/freezer and hope this one gives me many years too. Worth the extra money having freezer on the bottom and having the refrigerator on the top. No more bending to get in the refrigerator which you go into more than the freezer. The only thing I have found undesirable is that almost all of the time it makes a small noise that supposedly is associated with making ice. The ice receptacle is full and yet the unit persists in making the sound. My older unit never had any noise like this.

We love the door space as it holds a lot more than our old fridge. The only negative thing is the door doesn't close unless you give it a good shove. Thankfully there is an alarm if it's open for longer than a minute.

I am very happy with this product and its features. Lots of room in both refrigerator and freezer. This is my first experience with freezer on the bottom and I love it! Crispers are nice and roomy and hold a lot of fruits and vegetables. Freezer works great also. Runs very quietly.

We went from a top freezer to a bottom freezer. Thought because they were the same cubic ft it would fit same amount of food, not the case. Our old freezer was just over half full, and we still had to throw out food that wouldn't fit in the new freezer. It looks cool but there's hardly any space. We don't even use the ice cube maker, needed the space for food. Now the fridge part, looks awesome and fits all of our food nicely. I love the fridge part, just wish the freezer had more usable space!!!

Since we purchased this refrigerator it spends about half the time making a horrible high pitched pulsating noise. It's driving us crazy. A fan was replaced to no avail. Impossible to get through to customer relations on the phone. Only 2 local service companies - the one that did not fix the refrigerator was not covid vaccinated and refused to wear a mask in our house The other service company is non-responsive - just doesn't return phone calls. Very frustrated.

I purchased this fridge because it was the only one available where I live that would fit a 31" wide space. All in all, I am mostly satisfied with fridge, gave it 4 stars because it freezes things near the back of the top shelf… The freezing seems to come from the vent at the top back, I move all forward to avoid freezing. Other than the freezing, I'm very happy with it.
