Damaged Shipments

Inspect your appliance at delivery

Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.

Defective Merchandise

Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.

As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.

We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.

Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

So far it's a great frig. Disappointed that the sides aren't stainless steel, just cheap looking gray paint. The door handles show smudges and fingerprints. The unit functions very well. Just cosmetic issues.

Honestly no major complaints, it does a good job of keeping things cold, it™€™s relatively quiet, and the stainless steel cleans. Up very easily with just soap and water. The only thing to keep an eye on is that sometimes the freezer doesn™€™t close all the way/seal unless you put a little effort into it, not a big deal just something to be aware of. Overall for the price, it™€™s a good fridge and it fits our space really well.

Good looking keeps fruit and vegetables fresh for over a week. A lot of room in it for putting normal items in it. Could have been a little more space if utilized the bow of the doors. Only issue we have had with it is the panel for the ice and water. It would have been better if the background would light up instead of just the indicators.

Recently we had to purchase a new one and I decided to try the sidebyside version. It is by far my my hands-down favorite style for the organization and visual aspects.

It™€™s a refrigerator and it freezes stuff and keeps stuff cold. :) I really like:1. the bright lights in the refrigerator and freezer.2. The shape of the ice. My old refrigerator made ice, that due to its shape, would get aligned in the cup a certain way block anything I was drinking. 3. The shelves are NOT wire shelves4. Although it is a large appliance, it was relatively easy to move around. Dislikes:1. Ice maker is LOUD. When the valve opens to let water into the ice maker I can hear it two rooms over. It™€™s loud2. Getting the doors level and square took trial and error. A little too much in opinion. 3. The water filter is a little tricky to replace.

We love this fridge! It has plenty of room. One not so happy with is the ice/water outlet. You have to hold your glass and press the button for water or water will spill all over. Some of the door fixtures don't seem to fit properly so we had to push them in. All in all, its a great product. It tells you when the power goes out and simple for anyone!

First fridge had a defective ice maker. 2nd one ice maker works, but door dispenser has to be depressed twice before ice comes out. Water dispenser works fine each time. Needs more level adjustments for main shelves. 6 inches in between means I have shelves that are enable to be all big or a small. No in between. Also means lots of wasted space. Ice cube maker works good. Freezer freezes quickly. Main fridge definitely holds a temperature well. Front controls are clear and easy to read. Overall it™€™s a good buy. But nothing spectacular.

This model is replacing an older similar looking model. This one is super quiet, smarter and easier to use touch panel. The water access paddle is gone. Nicer to operate push switch. Refrigerator drawers glide easily and in freezer section also. No more flimsy bins. I really LIKE this unit a Big bunch. Though my other unit was the exact same size, I swear this one holds even more food. I use a LOT of ice and there is always plenty on hand when I need it. I am TOTALLY thrilled I made this purchase.

Basically, I like my new Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer. I have had a problem with frost build-up in the freezer. And, my ice cube maker stopped making ice. After consulting the owner's manual, I discovered that somehow the ice maker was turned off. Also, on several occasions the temperature of the freezer went down on its own. That is usually when I get the frost.

Love our side by side!

We love this roomy and stylish side by side refrigerator with just the right number of features. This is a great replacement for a French Door refrigerator where the freezer lacked space, was a nightmare to manage and had too much technology that was constantly needing repairs. In fact, this new Frigidaire Gallery side by side has more freezer and refrigerator space than our old one that was actually bigger. Go figure!

I™€™m enjoying my new Frigidaire refrigerator! It™€™s spacious and is just the right size for my family of three. I love the convenience of ice and water dispenser. The only qualm that I have is that it makes a high pitched sound when the condenser comes on and a moaning sound if which I know not why. I™€™m getting used to the noise™€™s but I would have preferred a quieter model.

We really love this refrigerator/freezer. It is very spacious. The fruits and vegetables that go in the crisper containers, stay very fresh (much longer than in prior refrigerators we have used). It is everything we were looking for in a new refrigerator/freezer. We are very happy with our purchase!

Ice maker was not producing enough ice. It was discovered that ice maker was not properly sealed and was leaking the supply water over the coils and freezing up.

I have only had my Frigidaire for two months and it has exceeded my expectations thus far. I began my journey in search of a freezer and my research led me to many people. "All" who pointed back to Frigidaire. Quality and longevity tended to be the primary reasons for their choice. Further online inquiries sold me on Frigidaire and I now not only own the Side by Side Refrigerator but a large capacity upright Frigidaire freezer. I am excited to experience what others have said about their Frigidaire Appliances. As an aside: I would caution against purchasing Frigidaire products from Lowe's Hardware as their Customer Service is less than desirable. Otherwise, Go Team Frigidaire!
