Damaged Shipments

Inspect your appliance at delivery

Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.

Defective Merchandise

Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.

As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.

We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.

Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

Do not Purchase this Flawed and Malfunctioning Appliance

This is the first refrigerator I ever purchased new and it should have been an exciting and wonderful accomplishment for me. However, this appliance has malfunctioned ever since I bought it new. The warranty process dragged on for months and months until guess what? It is about to expire and despite replaced parts and servicing, they have not repaired (or replaced) the malfunctioning appliance. The unit is constantly wet inside with condensation. There are 2, 1 inch thick sheets of ice the back of the inside fridge covering the vents. My food freezes and now the drawer handle is broken because it was frozen to the back of the fridge. If you are like me and love cleanliness, this is not the appliance for you! The spill proof drawers are basically folds of plastic that are IMPOSSIBLE to clean. Crumbs and grime build up in these pockets and even if I take each drawer apart with a literal screwdriver, it is still impossible to clean. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS REFRIGERATOR!

I would definitely recommend this fridge for anyone looking to replace their current one. The refrigerator is fingerprint resistant and very easy to keep clean, inside and out. The temperatures in both the freezer and the refrigerator side are very precise. The water dispenser and ice maker are great and work solidly.

This is a great fridge. It isn't a super basic fridge, but it has just a few bells and whistles that are nice. I love the door alarm (alarms after 5 min open) and the temperature display on the door as well. The ice and water all comes from the same spot, which is perfectly sized for water bottles as well as cups. The only thing I don't like is that I can't move the deli drawer up from the bottom.

After our LG fridge that was only 6 years old died we decided to go with Fridgidaire. This was a lot cheaper than an LG but after only 6 years with our last fridge we didn™€™t want to spend as much. It is a great fridge. We like side by side much better than the French door with the freezer on the bottom. I got sick of not being able to see what was in the freezer because too much would get piled on top. I can organize this fridge much better. The ice maker and water dispenser are great. Our well water tastes great through the filter. Ours just needs replacing every three months instead of 6. The filter replacements are super expensive, which is something to consider when replacing them so much. (Wish we had known prior to purchasing) It is a smaller fridge which is not great, but we have a limited space on what we can put in our kitchen. I get annoyed at the shelves. You can only adjust them a few notches and doesn™€™t allow for much room to put tall items. I don™€™t like that I can™€™t put an open bottle of wine on a shelf and I have to put it in the door. Also, I personally don™€™t like putting dairy products in the door shelves, so I wish the interior shelves had more options of raising and lowering the shelves because I can barely put a gallon of milk in the interior shelves. The interior finishes and drawers and shelves are a lot cheaper quality than our LG too. But you get what you pay for. Overall I like it, but don™€™t think I would purchase it again if I had to. But wouldn™€™t go with LG either.

Fridge and freezer have shelves that are not adjustable. Lighting is very bad in both fridge and freezer - cant find anything. Food placed close to freezer wall in refrigerator section freeze. Very bad interior room utilization because you cant fit much in this fridge. A lot of thick insulating walls that dont seem to work. Frigidaire needs to consult people who actually use these appliances and have better quality control beore they come to market. .

We got this refrigerator a month ago. We have a small older kitchen and it fits perfectly. It was difficult to find this size refrigerator with good ratings. We replaced our fridge that was 16 years old and was white with a stainless-steel model. It looks perfect - so much nicer. The fridge lights up beautifully and overall, the fridge is much quieter than our old one. I also like the smudge proof feature and that I can still use my magnets to adhere to it. So far, so great.

A very good refrigerator

This refrigerator is very nice. After reading the User Guide, I was able to appreciate all of the features. Temperature is maintained in both the freezer and refrigerator. Just love accessing the water, round ice cubes, and crushed ice from the outside door. Fingerprints are not an issue and the look is beautiful. Plenty of room! My only suggestion to improve is how the shelves are moved. I find it more difficult than it has to be.

My new Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator fits perfectly in my limited space and provides all the fridge and freezer space I need, while looking great. Love the filtered water and ice dispenser too!

The perfect fridge

Big interior I can fill it up, I am loving the water and ice on the exterior I use that so much. The water filter is so easy to replace, the digital display tells you when that is needed. And truly is smudge proof. The perfect fridge!

Great fridge, but makes odd noises

We had this Frigidaire refrigerator delivered over 3 weeks ago and we have been quite happy with it thus far. Great lighting, nice shelving, easy to understand control panel, and we like that it had the deli tray, which other brands we considered did not have. The only complaint we have, which was noted by others in their reviews, is that this fridge does make some odd noises. One of the seemingly random noises it makes sounds to me like a cell phone on vibrate, which certainly caught our attention the first few times it did it. Now we are used to the sounds, though, and don't give it much thought anymore.

Great smaller refrigerator (compared to previous 36" Frigidaire)

Replaced a similar 36" wide Frigidaire that lasted 17 years because the 33" was a better fit in our kitchen. So far, so good with the new model. Excellent interior layout, and it has a deli drawer, unlike most 33" models. Looks good in the kitchen as well... happy with this purchase.

My new refrigerator is a joy! Love how my foods stay fresh longer and filters built in to combat odors works wonders! Local service is responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Would definitely purchase again, and highly recommend.
