I just bought the refrigerator, so far I love it!! BUT, I am having a problem with the CrispSeal Draw. Everything I put in it gets frozen solid. I increase the temp to the highest but I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone help?

So far I am enjoying my refrigerator and glad that I chose this one. Perfect fit, love the stainless steel no fingerprints, the interior lights make it much easy to locate items in the refrigerator...Perfect ice maker and water dispenser without all the ice splattering over the floor, Filtration system is also a plus, I use to purchase bottle water weekly, no longer the water from this unit with its filter makes the water taste even better or equal to some bottle waters. I will continue to purchase when needed Frigidaire products

I've had the refrigerator for about two months at this point. It's very well lit, making it easy to see everything, with lights at multiple locations. This is the first refrigerator I've ever experienced where the crisper drawer works. Usually I think of them as bins for storage, but this one actually keeps produce fresh for a very long time. I use a lot of produce and I've never had a crisper drawer that actually keeps things fresh the way this one does. The cooling throughout the fridge and freezer is very consistent. My previous fridge was a "premium" brand that came with the house and it wasn't nearly as consistent of temperature. I'm very happy with the fridge so far.

Very very slow water from dispenser. Tried everything I could think of before calling. No one answers phone calls, just hangs up. Did the chat and no help at all. No offer to send service tech, even asked them to send a new water filter and give that a try, no help! Not even an offer to help! I call this horrible customer service and will never purchase Frigidaire appliances again. Should have been an easy resolution, but sadly...NOTHING!!!!

We had to replace our 14 year old fridge. Due to space available needed a new one that is only 28 inches deep to the front of the handles. The frigidare fit the hole. Except for the low ice production all is well. I will research how to increase ice production if it can be done.

We have had our fridge for the past month and it has been great. It does what it needs. Ice is made fast, freezer and fridge are both good and sealed. When the water refills for the ice maker, it's pretty loud, but quick, so that isn't bad. So far it's a great fridge

I love the refrigerator, however with a little more knowledge I would have known I couldn™™t open the drawers unless the door was open fully, which the space does not allow. Therefore the fridge, which is counter depth, has to be pulled out to use the drawers. This leaves a 6 inch space behind the fridge! I™™m not happy with that! I would not have chosen counter depth if told That.

Nice fridge that looks sharp and gets the job done. Ice maker and water dispenser work great. I also like the lights inside. The only issue is the fridge door does make a rubbing noise from the bottom when you open all the way.

New fridge is well lit inside so everything is easy to see. The compartments are nice sized and the door shelves are easy to work with. I like the shape of the ice cubes. It looks so good and fits back into my cabinets as the old one did not and gives me more floor space. Even the cat likes it cause she can play with her reflection.

I was so happy once we got this unit installed in our home. The counter depth is perfect for the space and despite it being smaller inside it has a tremendous amount of room to fit all the groceries we need. Not sure how to review a fridge. It™™s the same series as out old fridge and is similar inside. There™™s more room in the freezer than the old one from 2016. Had to figure out new places for a few things as this one freezes things easier than the old one.

We recently purchased this fridge to replace our former Frigidaire fridge that we had for over a decade. It was definitely time to upgrade since our former fridge was falling apart and lived its course. This fridge offers adequate storage in both the fridge and freezer. Our brand new Frigidaire side by side was delivered ™broken™. It is displaying an Er t6. We cannot find this error anywhere on the Frigidaire website - or anywhere on Google. The store instructed us to unplug/replay the fridge. But neither my 87 yo mom or I are able to pull it out. Repair came yesterday and needed to order a part and it will take 7-10 days. So I will update this review once we have it repaired.

The refrigerator is nice. Cleaned the refrigerator prior to using, but there is a terrible smell after we plugged the refrigerator in.. The smell is like a dead mouse. Can't find anything. Also, the top storage shelf in refrigerator is missing and retailer will not take care of this. We have called and went by and they have been here twice.
