Inspect your appliance at delivery
Please inspect your product thoroughly as soon as possible upon delivery. Large appliances may be delicate, and even if your box and packaging may appear intact, your product could still be damaged. If this is the case, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Or, let us know within 24 hours (either by email or phone call) and we will gladly take it back and replace the item.
Defective Merchandise

Please install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
As per manufacturer warranties and policies, if a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is also void.
We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when either we or the manufacturer authorizes a replacement on a unit.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if the item is defective after the first use. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery.

I feel that we bought a good refrigerator. It is spacious and laid out nicely. The lighting inside is great. In just the couple of weeks that we have had the refrigerator, the crisper drawers where we keep the vegetables and fruit and working just like they are suppose to work. If I had any complaints it would be that the water coming from the door dispenser is not cold and it is noisier than I expected. Also I feel that it does not make as much ice as I thought it would though we have yet to run out. At this point I would recommend buying this refrigerator.

Overall we like the Fridge, but we've noticed that the left door doesn't stay shut when you shut the right door. It's magnetized, but doesn't shut too smoothly. We've tried to adjust it, but it seems to be a manufacturing defect.

Just moved into my new house and a Frigidaire is already leaking first day. Water pours out the minute you open the door to the fridge where the dispenser is at. It only happens when you use the dispenser on the outside and then open the door. So we stop using the dispenser. It doesn't leak as long as you don't use the dispenser which kind of defeats the whole purpose of having a dispenser on the outside of the fridge.

Ice maker makes one cycle of ice every few hours. From day one. Has a tech come look at it. He said the motor that dispenses the ice into the container is broken. Going to come back and replace the entire ice maker. I don™™t believe the fridge came with a broken ice maker. I just think it™™s a bad design. Good thing I bought the extended warranty. I™™ll be using it. A lot.

Love how spacious my fridge is and that it has many options for shelf arrangements. It™™s very bright which is nice. I haven™™t had to replace the water filter yet, but it™™s in a very convenient location which will make this task very easy when it needs to be done. My family likes the cubes or crushed ice feature.

I really love this fridge. Tons of space! Lots of nooks and crannies to put things. I thought freezer drawer wouldn't fit much but I was wrong. I also love the size of the ice cubes it makes, they can fit into the mouth of my smaller water bottles.

The refrigerator is very big and able to hold lots of items. However the ice maker and water dispenser seem to have some quirks. The water dispenser does not flow great and it takes a while to fill a glass. A new filter helped, but still a little slow. The ice maker is a little finicky and doesn't always want to make ice. There is also regularly a large chuck of ice in the bin, that either the ice has melted a little or it dumped the tray before everything was completely frozen. Overall we like it and happy with it.

We love the Frigidaire brand. We bought one years ago and when we moved 3 years ago we left it with the old house because of stairs. At that time we could not find a Frigidaire side by side with water/ice to replace it and had to get a Whirlpool. After the 3rd service call we went shopping and found this. Love it with 2 exceptions (see photos). The plastic part of the corners are sharp. Cut David's hand when he bumped it. We can deal with that. BUT, the protective plastic does not just pull off. I tried, and tried. If there is a way to get rid of it that does not involve an exacto knife, please let me know. Will that stop us from buying Frigidaire again? Nope. We honestly love the quality and reliability of it.

We purchased our refrigerator the week before Thanksgiving. We were having 20 people over for dinner, and our refrigerator stopped working. It was installed and has been working perfectly. It is easy to operate using the front panel and has lots of storage space because it is deeper than our previous refrigerator. I also like the way the double doors are made. Our older refrigerator had rubber gaskets that had to be replaced often. We are very pleased with the purchase.

The refrigerator worked for 3 months. Will not hold temperature. Beeps constantly goes above 53 degrees, can't hold 35 degrees, water leaks out of icemaker on door. Frozen food melted. Repair people can't get approval or parts from Frigidaire.

We're quite happy with this new fridge. It replaced one that was 20+ years old and it's amazing how much more space this new one has, The delivery guys had an issue where they couldn't get the doors aligned properly at first but they worked it out and the fridge looks and works great.
